If I have learned anything by watching how the government and military operate, the one thing I can say for sure, is that they are peak utilitarian. When they build things, they prefer that those things have the capability to serve multiple purposes

Which brings me back to these guys⬇️

So you would expect these things to be owned by an organization that specilizes in weather, right?

If you, much like I, were under such an impression, your understanding would be running amiss

You know who owns all the Doppler Radars? The Department of Defense

Now why would the DOD have such a vested interested in watching the weather?

Because those things don't just WATCH the weather, they EFFECT it

Refer back to the infographics. If you notice (to put it very simply) what’s going on, is they are lacing the upper atmosphere with heavy metals / ice nucleating bacteria (will do a class on those in the future) and blasting that material with a PLETHORA of different frequencies and energy levels

This gives them the ability to dramatically alter the temperature and pressure in the upper atmosphere. Essentially, they are able to push up the atmosphere and super heat / super cool it. Which method is being used? Depends on their goal

So again, I ask, if they wanted to install a grid of ionospheric heaters throughout the entire United States, how would they do it, without people knowing, and what would it look like?
