Workmen from the firm, named Stabilised Pavements, were sent out to repair part of the track after it suffered from severe subsidence. But while driving along the fragile road, the ground gave way to the lorry, leaving one side of the vehicle wedged in an enormous pothole at a shocking 45-degree angle. The ruptured 42” waterline serves several Oakland County communities, including Auburn Hills, Pontiac, Rochester Hills, Orion Twp, Lake Orion & Oakland Twp. BRONX, NYC, New York Residents in Clason Point lost electricity after smoke started spewing out of a manhole early Monday morning. According to the FDNY, they received a call about the manhole at 1112 Metcalfe Ave. at around 4:15 a.m. Con Edison said about 22 households are without power. People who live in those homes told News 12 they've been without power since 4:30 a.m. Some residents say power has returned, but others are still in the dark. TULSA, Oklahoma A fire broke out Monday morning at the HF Sinclair refinery in west Tulsa. At 11 a.m., the Tulsa FD responded to provide standby support for the refinery’s fire brigade, which was handling the fire. The Berryhill FD also responded to assist with standby support. Lagos, Nigeria The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) said the gas pipeline fire that occurred along Agege Motor Road, Ile Zik inward Agege, has been successfully extinguished, with no casualty recorded. The Head of Public Affairs, LASEMA, Mr Olawale Afolabi, confirmed the development on Monday in Lagos. Afolabi said the incident involved a gas pipeline belonging to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.). He said the LASEMA Eagle Response Team arrived at the scene at about 3:13 a.m. following distress calls received through the 767 and 112 emergency toll-free lines. According to him, responders met the gas pipeline engulfed in flames on arrival, while the cause of the incident is still under investigation.
