THE WHO: a unit conducting an AFT, the NCOIC running the event, SFC Jeronimo, and an LTC (allegedly from 1-43 ADA Battalion under 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command at Fort Bliss — not confirmed, just what’s being said)

THE WHAT:
During an AFT, an LTC ran up and yelled “GTFO the road.”
The NCOIC responded: “We are conducting an AFT.”
The LTC got in her face and pointed directly at her.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT:
Another NCO stepped in to de-escalate.
The LTC mocked her name in a disrespectful tone.
She corrected him: “It’s SFC Jeronimo.”
He responded: “Act like a goddamn private.”

THE WHERE:
On the 11th BDE designated AFT run route — one of only two authorized locations (other is the track)

THE WHEN:
During a live AFT event (exact time/date not confirmed)

THE WHY IT MATTERS:
The unit was on an approved route doing their job.
NCOs were conducting the AFT correctly.
Situation escalated unnecessarily and showed clear disrespect toward NCO leadership.

BOTTOM LINE:
Right place. Right mission.
Handled professionally by NCOs.
Escalated by someone who should’ve known better.
