Look at the patch of clouds they produced in proximity to the vortex east in The Atlantic

You can visibly see the Cloud Op in the southeast buck that vortex and keep it where they want it

Towers Active in the area - Watch east of the VA Coast too because we are going to look deeper at that anomaly

New Op in progress - They appear to be turning their focus to the Drought Zones over The West - Will see if they continue to focus on that area

What are the chances the "new weather system" would be producing rain in the other primary Drought Zones based on the Drought Map
