Dependent or Independent?

As African people, we should refrain from asking for handouts, which fosters dependency.

Instead, we should seek seed capital to establish important collaborative businesses, similar to what I have done with Chieftainess Lesa in our joint venture project of 20 hectares focused on drought-proofing and sustainable family development.

This creates partnerships, lifelong friendships, respect, and mutual benefit. I look forward to the day when we grow the business, repay the seed capital, and reinvest in other opportunities together or separately. However, one thing is for sure: I will not have a friend who is begging or in hunger. I will not create dependency; I will create empowerment!

We must confront the corruption that is our greatest thief and hinders our progress!

Always remember that those who invest or hold hard-earned personal resources often hold the key to influence. It's essential to prioritise your business, just like how the USA approaches it. We all do, my business must come first or I can help no one!

Let's focus on what matters most!

Our African Nations and Future Generations Independence!

Subject: Clarification Regarding Halo Devices, Safer Cities Devices, and Panic Button Technology

Dear Mia, and the members,

The Halo Devices are a Key-Ring Mobile Phone, representing our niche design, pioneering art, and subservient technology, all crafted to support love, belonging, safety, and security. The question is whether the Safer Cities Devices are copying the AAA-Response International Generation 11: The Mastery Experiences (2003 to 2025) and the members ConnectMe Halo Devices.

While members of the public have suggested this, I disagree.

You need to check, but as per their website, they utilise established, older technology and do not incorporate any features of InstantConnect, Grip Strength Touchscreen processing, MDDR Generation 2, Always On, Safety Off features, full battery case management by the Emergency Response and Prevention Centre (ERPC), integrated high-level police services and their forces process, and many other key niche aspects, etc.

I recommend confirming with Safer Cities if they do have any of our features, at which point I can then ask more direct questions. I believe the technology being used and marketed is readily available and manufactured in China, which has huge value in non-crime-related matters, other markets, and applications.

Our Halo Devices are constructed using five distinct manufacturing processes and involve various manufacturers. They are specifically designed to accommodate our unique technology and feature set, which has been developed over the past 22 years. We operate under a joint venture partnership comprising Asset Investors, various component manufacturers from China, and an assembly plant, AAA-Response International and PLANET-CAN (PTY) LTD. It is important to note that we retain ownership of all devices and are responsible for their maintenance and refurbishment.

As the founder and creator of mobile phone panic buttons for our African nations, I have initiated a recall of all Generations 1 to 10 due to a critical design flaw.

We made a fundamental error in converting a voice communication device into a panic button, particularly a silent one, or incorporating any delay mechanism. This creative art process was driven by the thought that we needed to build upon what the security industry had done with fixed panic buttons and long-range remotes. We thought the mobile phone device could be the next evolution of a long-range remote. How wrong we were.

Our research and case studies consistently demonstrate that relying on a silent panic button represents the least effective approach to personal safety.

This issue became increasingly apparent following the launch of app technology in 2012, and was further exacerbated by the proliferation of smart screen technology and the rise in app popularity around 2016.

Initially, I believed our GPS app would be transformative for our nation. However, I was mistaken, as I had failed to identify the catastrophic flaw in our design.

During that period, copycat versions of panic buttons emerged frequently. This trend, while diluting our efforts, also highlighted a much deeper problem: we haven't just regressed; we've gone backwards under the illusion that we were moving forwards in terms of crime prevention, suppression, detection, arrest, and membership fan base to support SAPS, Private Security, Justice Department, and independent but codependent nations support to each other regardless of race, culture, chosen god factors, and financial standing.

We've been forced into reactive responses, often hours late, because victims didn't have the chance to activate their panic buttons.

Despite the public gratitude for our rapid responses, this realisation took a significant personal toll on me as the founder and creator. It truly felt wrong to be praised for something that, in fact, is taking us backwards. Even more so, to be told we were helping the South African Police Services, the Justice Department, and Private Security Industry players when, in reality, we were hindering progress.
This prompted a complete redesign and rebuild of our approach in 2018.

Our current strategy prioritises informing potential perpetrators that a response team—comprising family, community members, private security, and the South African Police Service—will arrive within 10 minutes. Ideally, the activation should be both audible and visible to the perpetrator.

If a victim has survived the initial two minutes of a violent crime and entered the de-escalation phase, it is crucial to communicate to the perpetrators that their time is limited, and they face imminent exposure and arrest. This communication must be delivered from a position of perceived vulnerability, employing tactics that subvert expectations and foster a sense of care, akin to a Stockholm Syndrome approach—yet pristine truth!

Despite operating with limited financial resources, we have achieved this groundbreaking innovation while confronting a level of violence that, when considering the known murder rate, the unknown rate of unrecovered bodies from missing persons and human trafficking, and the documented rape rate, surpasses even the war in Israel (+- 68,000 killings since October 7, 2023).

This conflict possesses a formidable military arsenal: armies, jets, bombs, attack helicopters, drones, and navies. Furthermore, mini heat-seeking, movement-targeting drones have rendered the AK-47 bullet redundant, replacing it with the mini bullet hand grenade that now follows you. All these designed mass killing tools are deployed from a distance. This stands in stark contrast to the brutal, hand-to-hand violence we face daily in South Africa, often the most personal choice of killing for serial killers around the world. Yet, we persevere.

It is through this unwavering dedication and relentless labour that we are able to innovate and operate at such an advanced level. I feel a profound sense of pride, yet also a deep sadness. Ultimately, once we conquer this violence, we will stand as the pinnacle of expertise in technology and policing for the world, having overcome challenges unparalleled elsewhere.

It is our holistic vision—a global dream of peace, harmony, passion, purpose, and prosperity for all nations—that fuels our groundbreaking innovation.

I am now back online, after retreating to regroup since 2018, to be the megaphone for all stakeholders and the members and ensure mass public adoption and rollout, because we have the best to offer humanity: to see the ultimate goal being achieved, the growing capacity of daily happiness in all nations.

Thank you, Mia, for your detailed enquiry and for providing the information on Safer Cities. We appreciate your diligence. After reviewing the information, we have determined that Safer Cities does not constitute a copycat of our Halo Devices; therefore, the reward offer does not apply in this instance. We value your support and your efforts in helping us protect our intellectual property. We always wish those involved in crime prevention, including Safer Cities, the very best.

Tons of kindness and sincerity,
