I think the real panic will be when they can’t replace Joe Biden, and Democrats and all these news organizations have to go back on everything they just said and continue to pretend this brainless vegetable could actually beat Trump.

New York judge dismisses lawsuit seeking release of Epstein documents

A New York judge dismissed a lawsuit Tuesday seeking the release of records related to the FBI’s investigation and prosecution of financier Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking crimes.

In a 20-page ruling, District Judge Paul G. Gardephe said the release of the documents could interfere with a retrial of Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate.

The FBI argued that public disclosure of the documents would influence witness testimony, prejudice the jury pool “so as to hinder the Government’s ability to present its case in court,” and give Maxwell greater access “to the investigatory files than she would otherwise have during the criminal discovery process,” according to the ruling.

Donald Trump’s media company soared Friday following President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance during Thursday night’s debate against the former commander-in-chief.

Trump Media and Technology Group, the parent company of social media platform Truth Social, surged more than 10% in pre-market trading on Friday — a sign that investors were growing more confident that Trump can re-take the White House.

TMTG stock, which is listed on the Nasdaq, gave up most of the gains after the opening bell and was up a little over 1%, at $37.21, in mid-morning trading.
