Craig Wright is a fraud though, his cryptographic proof was proven a fraud. I used to believe he was Satoshi...but after watching him over the year following, and seeing everything get debunked, I realized I was being fooled.

Vitalik was the first one to change my mind on that, I became more skeptical and then started following the money.

Calvin Ayre (CoinGeek/bodog poker) and Craig were trying to sell hundreds of patents as the works of Satoshi ... Craig was in trouble with the Australian Tax authorities and Calvin was the money behind the hold co EITC holdings, which later became nChain.

Craig's known for plagarizing work, faking cryptographic proof, and generally spouting technical nonsense that even the Bitcoin Cash leadership has had enough of ... look at the recent falling out with Pete Rizun from Bitcoin Unlimited...nChain pulled their funding on Gigablocks after Pete was trying to get Craig to elaborate on his paper.

Craig's currently being sued for 10 billion dollars for trying to scam the Kleiman's...Craig used FAKE bitcoin addresses that weren't his to claim he was part of the Tulip Trust / Satoshi group ... he actually gave mtgox addresses, an address linked to DreadPirateRoberts from Silk Road, and one of Roger Ver's addresses ... he basically grabbed large wallets from a block explorer and used it as justification that it was his and Dave's coins.

Jon Matonis from the Bitcoin Foundation joined nChain and backed CSW as Satoshi in the early days, and just last month Jon resigned from nChain because of CSW's reputation implosion.

In my mind, CSW is a fraud and he's only hurting Bitcoin Cash.

He was at a conference this week in Rwanda where, like a total asshole, he said that he's worth more than the whole country, on stage with members of the government and central bank (and Charles Hoskinson from IOHK/Cardano) ...

You guys need to be careful following and getting involved with CSW and Calvin Ayre. They are trying to monetize the hundreds of patents that they got on the BCH chain.

Handcash is a cool app, I'd hate to see it go down in reputation flames like CSW will.
this is how a weak community looks like...

“Craig’s a savant, first of all. Craig’s just not a normal guy. He’s got a lot of gifts—amazing range of gifts, in fact, as it blows me away—some of the stuff the guy can do,” Calvin says.
“But nobody’s good at everything. And he’s just not good at dealing with other people, particularly if he thinks they don’t understand him—what he’s saying. And that they’re arguing with him about stuff that he thinks they don’t understand. He can’t handle that very well.”

“I think, for the most part, there’s only two kinds of people that think Craig isn’t the real deal,” Calvin adds. “It’s either people that know he’s the real deal and are pretending that he’s not because what he’s doing is a threat to whatever their mandate is, or it’s people that legitimately just don’t understand what they’re talking about.”
