Calvin Ayre has withdrawn from negotiations to acquire Dave Kleiman's estate based on a legal analysis that concluded the estate holds no significant assets.

@paalsky I know three people personally that knew Craig when he invented Bitcoin and discussed it with him including his mother and Stefan Mathews, CEO of Taal.

lets not forget...in the Satoshi trial in Florida, the muggers are in charge until now. Satoshi will not get to present defense until they are finished. The good stuff is yet to come.

@structureship @CarolinaBolado a witness is not able to access the internet when they are giving their statements and (at least in this case) will be finished before they do have access so this would not apply. You might want to get legal advise before posting…

@ctblizzard @shu_BSV @JacobYako2 Also, moving a coin is not proof of anything in law but possession of one key. I have seen Craig prove he had 3 of the first 9 at one showing and many others including Gavin, Ian Grigg and Stefan Mathews have also been to…

Looks like Craig won the case and is solely Satoshi and gets to keep all his IP...more than enough evidence that he invented Bitcoin was delivered and this will all now be used in his other cases in the UK..COPA is a disaster for....COPA now.

Have a great weekend everyone...should be some fun next week with decision coming from Satoshi Trial in Florida...is Craig 98% Satoshi like i think the evidence supports or will the Jury come to a different conclusion?

What are the implications if Jamie Wilson and Ira are partners and sold their case to Digital Currency Group and friends (via intermediary to mask) and Vel actually works and takes directions from DCG? coingeek.com/bitcoin-creato…

@Street5Wall @FuturealSam @Van_City_VC yup...this is not over...Ira and his partner in crime Jamie Wilson are still not off the hook. I do not see any real money ending up with them.

There has been multiple rounds of neg between Ira n Craig. The lowest agreed amount was 250 M, the last was 3 B. Each time Vel talked Ira out of it and I think its for his real bosses (small block mafia funding). Vel is incompetant and unethical and Ira should…

@olivierjanss Ira risks jail for fraud actually. He also risks punative damages into W&K meaning he may end up owing Craig and friends money. This was a total victory for Craig...just continue to watch if you can not yet understand. No money moves until the…

Expect Enterprise adoption of BSV to rocket now that this fake fraud case is out of Craigs life. the entire world is going to change.

@VelvelFreedman you are pathetic small man Vel...you lost and you will continue to lose. I was in multiple settlment rounds as a business advisor and you are lying. The last settlement numbers just a few weeks back was multiple billions and you talked Ira…

just a heads up that Friday was a deadline for McCormack to pay 90k pounds interim costs to Satoshi and to file his appeal docs if he wants to appeal. He did neither. It looks like the Satoshi Case Victory in Florida has the small block legal strategy in…
