BREAKING: Major embarrassment for the Democrat AG in Arizona. The Judge in the AZ Electors case finds that State prosecutors failed to inform the grand jurors about the statute that was central to the State’s case. Now, the State is forced to re-present the case to the grand jury.

This time the State must provide the grand jurors with the proper instructions and legal authority. The State Attorney General should end this case now, before a properly informed grand jury gets the chance to do it for her.
