1. Help to withdraw money
(These are fake/clone websites phishing for your identity).
2. To join a gambling syndicate
(These will ask you to send crypto & are a complete scam).
3. Help from an exchange admin
(These admins are FAKE, no exchange will private message you requesting you send crypto EVER).
If you dont know the person messaging you, please click the block and report button at the top of the message.
We have made telegram aware of these issues and hope for a resolution soon. Stay diligent and please share this post.

There is a post floating around telling people to switch off auto download of gifs/images because of a telegram virus, this is #Fakenews. Telegram only auto downloads gifs/images, no malicious file is executed unless a user downloads the file (scr, pif, exe etc...) and opens it manually. By default these files DO NOT automatically get downloaded.
❗️There are several fake groups popping up on telegram, proclaiming to offer free bitcoin/litecoin from prominent crypto members (they are faking the prominent members too). These are scam groups. By default Telegram allows you to be added to groups by any user, it's best to disable this setting. Under > "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" click "Groups" change the setting: "Who can add me to Group Chats?" to "My Contacts". If you have already been added to a scam group please click the tab "Report Spam and Leave". Thank you.
Don't click on google ads to myethereumwallet.com, type it directly and double check the url. Several clone/phishing sites.
Fake Litecoin Group has a fake Charlie Lee offering free litecoin, any true litecoiner will know Charlie has no litecoin left, thus the above screenshots are of a scam group, with a fake medium website showing a fake blockchain. Be careful, if it sounds too good to be true, it's a scam. The genuine and primary group for litecoin on telegram is @Litecoin.
