The final piece of information revealed in the tweet from today shows something interesting: it suggests Satoshi Nakamoto’s bitcoins might be held in a trust until January 1, 2020.
The tweet features a screenshot of a document posted on DocumentCloud.org. We can’t verify the legitimacy of that document. However, if true, the document suggests that Satoshi Nakamoto’s bitcoins are held in a trust until January 1, 2020.
The document reveals an agreement between Dave Kleiman to transfer bitcoins into a trust:
“I, Dave Kleiman have received 1,100,111 Bitcoin from Craig Wright (of [redacted], NSW, Australia). At the time of transfer this is valued at around $100,000 USD.
I will form a trust to be managed by at least three people but not more than seven at any time.
All bitcoin will be returned to Dr Wright on Jan 01st 2020.

In May 2016, The Economist article had Craig Steven Wright claiming he (under the pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto) and Dave Kleiman were behind the invention of bitcoin.[7] In February 2018, a brother of Dave initiated a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of the Kleiman estate against Wright over the rights to more than $5,118,266,427.50 worth of bitcoin, claiming Wright defrauded the estate of bitcoins and intellectual property rights.[5][8] The estate alleged that Kleiman was one of the early bitcoin pioneers and worked with Craig Steven Wright on its establishment as a cryptocurrency.[9] The estate also alleges that on January 12, 2009, Kleiman, Wright and two other people performed a recorded bitcoin transaction.[5] The lawsuit claims that between 2008 and 2013 Kleiman and Wright mined over a million bitcoins.[5] According to Craig Wright, Kleiman lost money due to US government seizing of Costa Rica-based Bitcoin exchange called Liberty Reserve leading to Kleiman's poverty.[10]

"Do you want to know why Satoshi had to be anonymous?
Think about it. My past working as a prosecution forensic expert and in other roles with the government would never lead to a system that I could have publicly stood behind.
In order to fund my work, Dave Kleiman and I sold code that was used in gaming illegal out of countries such as Costa Rica. David took the biggest risk because gambling is not illegal in Australia. Nothing he was able to earn in Panama was able to be repatriated legally in the USA".

When you understand this you will both serve your clients more effectively \ and also add value in a manner they will understand. You need to sell to management. \ They understand finance and risk.
