ግለሰቦቹ ከግበረ አበሮቻቸው ጋር በጥቅም ተመሳጥረው በህዝብና በመንግስት የተሰጣቸውን ኃላፊነት ያለአግባብ በመጠቀም ተጠርጥረዋል።
በዚህም በ2016 ዓ.ም በቦሌ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 13 ልዩ ቦታው አየር መንገድ አከባቢ የህዝብ እና የመንግስት ይዞታ የሆነውን በ9ኛው መዋቅራዊ ፕላን በዓድዋ ፓርክነት ተይዞ የነበረውን እና በ10ኛ መዋቅራዊ ፕላን በዊንዶው ኦፍ አፍሪካ ልዩ ልዩ የከተማዉ መተንፈሻ አረንጓዴ ስፍራ ፕሮጀክት በከተማ ደረጃ በመናፈሻነት ለህዝብ አገልግሎት የተያዘ እና በመሬት ባንክ ውስጥ ያለን ይዞታ ያለ ህጋዊ ምክንያት ሰነድ አልባ ይዞታ ነው በማለት ለዮርዳኖስ፣ ዘውዲቱ እና ጓደኞቻቸው የሲሚንቶ አከፋፋይ ህብረት ሽርክና ማህበር ለሚባሉት የቦታው ስፋት 2 ሺህ 905 ካ.ሜ ይዞታ ማረጋገጫ ካርታ የቦታው ሊዝ ዋጋ 168 ሚሊየን 724 ሺህ 405 ብር የሚገመትን ጉዳት በማድረስ ከወረዳ፣ ክ/ከተማ እና መሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ ድረስ በጥቅም ተሳስረዉ ስልጣንን ያለ አግባብ በመገልገል ከባድ የሙስና ወንጀል ተጠርጥረዋል።
