⏺We are looking for a skilled and reliable Project Manager to lead the technical side of our interior projects — from planning to execution. If you have an architecture or engineering background and a passion for quality design and construction, we’d love to hear from you.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and material take-offs
• Review and evaluate designs from a technical and cost point of view
• Create and manage project schedules and work plans
• Oversee site work to ensure timelines, quality, and budget goals are met
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Track progress and report on project status regularly
• Manage all phases of the project — from design to handover

🎓 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs or construction management
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, site supervision, and scheduling
• Good knowledge of materials and finishes
• Organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Software skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel) are a plus
