• Prepare BOQs and material take-offs
• Review and evaluate designs from a technical and cost point of view

🎓 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Good knowledge of materials and finishes
• Organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Software skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel) are a plus

📍 ለግንባታ ግዥ 12 ወራት እና ከዚህ በላይ ለሚቆዩ የግንባታ ስራዎች ውሉ ተፈጻሚ መሆን ከጀመረበት ከስድስት ወራት በኋላ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ይደረግላቸዋል።

⏺ከ 12 ወራት በታች የሆኑ የግንባታ ስራ ውሎች የዋጋ ማስተካከያ አይደረግላቸውም።

📍ስራ ተቋራጩ በውል ስምምነቱ መሰረት መስራት ላልቻላቸው እና ዘግይተው ለተሰሩ የግንባታ ሥራዎች የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ማድረግ የሚቻለው የግንባታ ሥራዎቹ መሰራት በነበረባቸው ወቅት በነበረው ዋጋ መሰረት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡

🔖 ለምክር አገልግሎት ግዥ የሚደረግ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ደግሞ 24 ወራት እና ከዚህ በላይ ለሚቆዩ ግዥዎች፣ ከ12ኛው ወር ጀምሮ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ይደረጋል።

🔖 በምክር አገልግሎት (Consultancy Services) ግዥ የውል አፈጻጸም ወቅት የአማካሪው ስህተት ባልሆነ ምክንያት የውል መፈጸሚያ ጊዜው በመራዘሙ ለአማካሪው የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ማድረግ አስፈላጊ መሆኑን መ/ቤት ሲያምንበት የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ሊያደርግ ይችላል።

📌 6 ወራት እና ከዚያ በላይ ለሚቆይ በማዕቀፍ ስምምነት ለሚፈጸም ግዥ ደግሞ ውሉ ተፈፃሚ መሆን ከጀመረበት ከሶስት ወራት በኋላ ለሚኖረው የዋጋ ለውጥ ማስተካከያ ይደረጋል።
