⏺ዋና እንግዶች ንጉሠ ነገሥት ቀዳማዊ ኃይለ ሥላሴ እና ልዑል በርትል ከስዊድን ነበሩ።
🏷በዚህ ቀን በህዳር 1952 ዓም (November 1959) የመጀመሪያ ተማሪዎች ዲግሪያቸውን አግኝተዋል።
⏺ይህ ተቋም በ1954 እኤአ የተመሰረተው በኢትዮጵያ እና በስዊድን መንግስታት መካከል በተደረገው የሁለትዮሽ ስምምነት ነው።
⏺እ.ኤ.አ. በ 1955 የተጀመረው የመጀመሪያ የትምህርት መርሃ ግብር በህንፃ ኢንጂነሪንግ ውስጥ የሶስት ዓመት የዲፕሎማ መርሃ ግብር ለመስጠት ነበር።
⏺በ እ.ኤ.አ. 1957/58 የትምህርት ዘመን ማጠናቀቂያ ላይ ስልጠናው ወደ አራት አመት መርሃ ግብር በማደግ በ Bsc በ ህንፃ ምህንድስና ዲግሪ መስጠት ጀመረ።

💫የአዲስ አበባ ዲዛይንና ግንባታ ስራዎች ቢሮ ከኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ማኔጅመንት ኢንስቲትዩት ጋር በመተባበር ያዘጋጁት ይህ የዓቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና ከማዕከልና ከሁሉም ክፍለ ከተማ ጽ/ቤቶች ለተውጣጡ የኮንትራት አስተዳደር ባለሙያዎች እየተሰጠ የሚገኝ ሲሆን የግንባታ ጊዜ ፣ በጀት እንዲሁም ጥራትን ማሳካት በሚቻልበቸው መርሆዎችና አዳዲስ ዕይታዎች ላይ ትኩተረቱን ያደረገ ነው፡፡
⏺ስልጠናው በዘርፉ የሚያጋጥሙ የፕሮጀክት መዘግየቶች ፣ የሀብት ብክነቶች እና የጥራት እንከኖችን ለመቀነስ ወይም ለማጥፋት የተሰናዳና የበቃ ባለሙያን ለማሰማራት ያለመ እንደሆነ የተመላከተ ሲሆን ለሚቀጥሉት ሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናትም እንደሚሰጥ ከቢሮው የዓቅም ግንባታ ዳይሬክቶሬት የተገኘው መረጀ ያሳያል።
