👉Here are some important points for Site Engineers and Quality Engineers to learn and follow in the field of construction:

👷For Site Engineers:

💫1. Reading and Interpreting Drawings:Understand structural, architectural, and service drawings.

⏺Ensure execution as per approved plans.

💫2. Site Supervision: Monitor daily activities, manpower, and resource usage.

⏺Ensure safety and quality standards on-site.

💫3. Construction Methods and Materials: Knowledge of modern construction techniques.

⏺Familiarity with materials like concrete, steel, bricks, etc.

💫4. Work Scheduling: Prepare and follow work schedules.

👉የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከፍተኛው መጠን ከ500ሺ ወደ 2 ሚሊየን ከፍ ተደረገ::

💫የመንግስት መ/ቤቱ የጠቅላላ ግዥውን ግምታዊ ዋጋ መሰረት በማድረግ ከ0.5% ያላነሰ እና2% ያለልበለጠ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የገንዘብ መጠን ወስኖ በጨረታው ጥሪው እና በጨረታ ሰነዱ ውስጥ መግለፅ ይኖርበታል፡፡

🚧በዚህ መሠረት የሚወሰነው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ መጠን ከብር 2,000,000 (ሁለትሚሊዮን ብር) የበለጠ መሆን የለበትም፡፡ 

⚡️አዲሱ የፌደራል የግዥ መመሪያ 1073/2017 ወደ ስራ ገብቷል።

👉የአገር ውስጥ ስራ ተቋራጮች በዋጋ ላይ 9.5% ልዩ አስተያየት (Marigin of Preference) ሊደረግላቸው ነው።

💫አዲሱ የፌደራል የግዥ መመሪያ 1073/2017 ስለ ልዩ አስተያያት (Marigin of Preference) አዳዲስ ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎችን አካቷል።

📜ከነዚህም መካከል

1) የአገር ውስጥ የሥራ ተቋራጮች የሚወዳደሩበትን ሥራ ቢያሸንፉ ከሥራው ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ከ20 ከመቶ የማያንስ ዋጋ ያለውን ሥራ ለጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት በመስጠት ለማሰራት ግዴታ የገቡ ከሆነ በጨረታው ለዋጋ ከተያዘው ነጥብ ተጨማሪ 2 ከመቶ ልዩ አስተያየት ይደረግላቸዋል።

በአጠቃላይ እንደ ሃገር ውስጥ ተጫራች በመመሪያው የተቀመጠውን ሁኔታዎች ሲሟላ የሚገኘውን 7.5 በመቶ በመጨመር 9.5 በመቶ ልዩ አስተያየት የማግኘት እድል የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡

የሃገር ውስጥ ድርጅቶች ብቻ ባሉበት ጨረታ ደግሞ 2 በመቶ ብቻ ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል።

2) ኢትዮጵያውያን አባል የሆኑባቸው የሽርክና ወይም የእሽሙር ማህበራት (Joint Venture) በሚወዳደሩበት ዓለም አቀፍ ጨረታ ላይ 3.5 % ልዩ አስተያየት ያገኛሉ።

ይህም የሚፈጸመው የግንባታ ሥራ ወይም የምክር አገልግሎት ጠቅላላ መወዳደሪያ ዋጋ ውስጥ የሀገር በቀል ድርጅት ቢያንስ 40% (አርባ በመቶ) መጠን የያዘ ከሆነ እና ከቁልፍ ሠራተኞች መካከል ቢያንስ 40% (አርባ በመቶ) ኢትዮጵያውያን ከሆኑ ነው።
