⏺The Critical Chain Method helps deal with this by focusing not just on the order of tasks, but also on resource availability and realistic buffers—time cushions built into the plan.

🏷how it works

✅First, plan out your project like normal (the critical path).
✅Then, check for resource overallocation —like needing the same crew on two tasks at once.
✅Rearrange things to avoid overloading anyone. This gives you your “critical chain.”
✅Then, strip out the extra padding people normally add to each task.
✅Instead, add buffer time at the end or between task groups to absorb delays where it matters most.

📌 Statically Determinate Structures

📌 How to Classify a Structure as Determinate or Indeterminate

1. Count the Unknowns (Reactions + Internal Forces)
• Identify all support reactions and internal forces (like axial force, shear, and moment).

• External reactions depend on support types:
  🧱 Hinge = 2 reactions, Roller = 1 reaction, Fixed = 3 reactions.

2. Apply the Equilibrium Equations

• In 2D structures:
  ΣFx = 0  ΣFy = 0  ΣM = 0 (Only 3 equations total)
• In 3D structures:
  ΣFx = 0  ΣFy = 0  ΣFz = 0  ΣMx = 0  ΣMy = 0  ΣMz = 0 (6 equations total)

3. Compare the Number of Equations and Unknowns

• If the number of unknowns = number of equations → Statically Determinate
• If unknowns > equations → Statically Indeterminate
• If unknowns < equations → Unstable (Mechanism)

4. Special Case for Trusses

• Use: m + r = 2j

🚨ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር በፌደራል መንግስት ባቤትነት የተያዙ የመንግስት የልማት ድርጅቶችን የግዥ  መመሪያ ዛሬ ይፋ አድርጓል።

🚨ይህ የግዥ መመሪያ (1070/2017) ከዚህ ቀደም  የመንግሥት የልማት ድርጅቶች በዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ በማጸደቅ ሲጠቀሙበት የነበረው የግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ የተለያዩ  ክፍተቶች ያለበት ከመሆኑም በተጨማሪ የተለያየ  ይዘት ያለው በመሆኑ ድርጅቶቹ የተሻሻለ እና ወጥ የሆነ የግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ እንዲኖራቸው ለማድረግ የተዘጋጀ መሆኑን በመግቢያው ላይ ተገልጿል።

🚨በዚህ ዓመት አዲሱ የፌደራል መንግስት ግዥ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር አዋጅ 1333/2016 ይፋ ከሆነ በኋላ ይህ የፌደራል ልማት ድርጅቶች የግዥ መመሪያ አዋጁን መሰረት አድርጎ የወጣ ሶስተኛው የግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ ነው።

💫በከተማዋ የሚገነቡ ህንፃዎችን የታችኛው ወለል ለመኪና ፖርኪንግ እንዲያውሉ የሚያስገድድ ህግን ተላልፈው ከተገኙ 1 ሺህ 280 ህንፃዎች ውስጥ 1 ሺህ 210 በታችኛው የህንፃው ክፍላቸው የመኪና ማቆሚያ አገልግሎት እንዲሰጡ መደረጉን የአዲስ አበባ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን አስታወቀ፡፡

አንዳንድ የህንጻ ባለቤቶች ህጉን በመተላለፍ ታችኛውን የህንፃ ክፍል ለሱፐርማርኬት ፣ ለሆቴልና ለካፌ እንዲሁም መሰል የተሻለ ትርፍ ለሚያስገኙ አገልግሎቶች ሲያውሉ ቆይተዋል።

በዚህም በህንፃው ስር ሊቆሙ የሚገባቸው መኪኖች አስፋልት ዳር ለመቆም በመገደዳቸው በአካባቢው የትራፊክ መጨናነቅ ሲያጋጥም መቆየቱን የአዲስ አበባ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን ምክትል ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ ኢንጂነር ኤልያስ ዘርጋ ለአዲስ ሚዲያ ኔትዎርክ ኤፍ ኤም 96.3 ራዲዮ ተናግረዋል፡፡

ቀሪ 70 የሚደርሱትን ቀሪ ህንፃዎችም በቀጣይ አመት አገልግሎቱን እንዲሰጡ ለማድረግ እንደሚሰራም አመልክተዋል ፡፡

ቀደም ሲል አገልግሎት ላይ የነበረው ደንብ ክፍተት እንደነበረው የጠቆሙት ምክትል ዋና ስራ አስኪያጁ የነበረውን የህግ ክፍተት በመቅረፍ በ2016 ዓ.ም ደንብ ቁጥር 165/2016 የፖርኪንግ አስተዳደር አዋጅ መውጣቱንና ደንቡ ከወጣ በኋላ ግን ውጤታማ ተግባራት መከናወናቸውን ተናግረዋል፡፡

ህግን ተላልፈው የፓርኪንግ ቦታውን ለሌላ አገልግሎት ካዋሉ 183 ህንፃ ባለቤቶችም በደንቡ መሰረት ተቀጥተው ከ18.3 ሚሊየን ብር በላይ ገቢ መሰብሰቡንም ነው ዋና ስራ አስኪያጁ የተናገሩት፡፡

🚧የግንባታ ዘርፉን ለሙስና ከሚያጋልጡት ምክንያቶች ውስጥ ዘርፉ ላይ የተሰማሩ አካላት ለሥራው ያላቸው ፍላጎት አነስተኛ መሆኑ እንደሆነ የከተማና መሰረተ ልማት ሚኒስቴር አስታውቋል።

የሚኒስቴሩ የሕዝብ ግንኙነትና ኮሙኒኬሽን ሥራ አስፈፃሚ አቶ ኢትዮጵያ በዴቻ፤ በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ አካላት ያለባቸው የእውቀት ማነስና የውጪ ምንዛሬ እጥረት ለዘርፉ እድገት ችግር መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

የግንባታ ዘርፉ ለሙስና ከሚጋለጡት መካከል የሚጠቀስ መሆኑን ያነሱት ኃላፊው፤ "ይህም የሆነበት ምክንያት ለሚሰራው ሥራ በሙሉ ፍላጎት ማገዝ የሚችሉበት አቅም እየተፈጠረ ባለመሆኑ ነው" ብለዋል። በዚህም በሙስናና ተያያዥ ምክንያቶች የግንባታው ዘርፍ በሙሉ አቅሙ በአግባቡ እየተሰራበት አለመሆኑን አንስተዋል።

በመሆኑም ሚኒስቴር መስሪያቤቱ ያሉትን ችግሮች በሙሉ አስወግዶ፤ ዘርፉ እንዲያድግ ከማድረግ አንፃር የተለያዩ አሰራሮችን እየተገበረ እንደሚገኝ ተናግረዋል።

በተያያዘም ኢትዮጵያ በኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ውስጥ የጥሬ እቃ ወይም የግብዓት የአቅም ችግር እንደሌለባት የገለጹት ሥራ አስፈፃሚው፤ እንደ ሀገር ከፍተኛ የሆኑ ግብዓቶች ስለመኖራቸው ተናግረዋል።

ነገር ግን ግብዓቶችን ከመጠቀም አንፃር ውስንነቶች መኖራቸውን አንስተው፤ የግንባታ ግብዓት አቅርቦትን በሀገር ውስጥ ለመተካት በስፋት እየተሰራ እንደሚገኝ አስታውቀዋል።
