ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ የኢትዮጵያ የኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኢኒሸቲቭ ትናንት ይፋ ሲደረግ እንዳስታወቁት፤ የኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ከሶስት ሺህ ዓመታት በላይ ታሪክ አለው።
በዘርፉ አሁን ላይ ያለው እውነታ ከሀገሪቱ የኮንስትራክሽን ታሪክ ጋር የተጣላ ነው ያሉት ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ፤ ይህንን የዘርፉን ስብራት ለመጠገን መንግስት ጨርሶ የመጀመር እና ፕሮጀክቶችን በጊዜ ገንብቶ የማጠናቀቅ ባህልን ለዘርፉ እያስተዋወቀ እንደሚገኝ አመልክተዋል።
በዚህም ቀንና ሌሊት የመስራት ልማድ፣ ውጤታማ የፕሮጀክት ክትትል እና ገንዘብን ለታለመለት ዓላማ ማዋል ተችሏል ብለዋል።

በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ ላይ ለሚፈጠሩ የደህንነት ስጋቶችና አደጋዎች አንዱ መንስኤ በቂ የግንባታ የደህንነት ባለሙያ ባለመኖሩ በመሆኑ፣ ይህንን ችግር ለመቅረፍ በአዲስ አበባ በግንባታ ሳይቶች ላይ የደህንነት ባለሙያ እንዲኖር እንደሚደረግ ተጠቁሟል።
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ግንባታ ፍቃድና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ከአጋር አካላት ጋር በመሆን ለ3 ቀናት የሚቆይ የግንባታ ደህንነት ስልጠና መሰጠት ጀምሯል።

👉በአዲስ አበባ ብቻ 141 ሰዎች በሕንፃ ግንባታ ሥራ ላይ በደረሰ አደጋ ሕይወታቸው ማለፉ ተገለጸ
🚧ከ 2015 እስከ 2017 በጀት ዓመት በተሰራ ጥናት መሠረት በሁለት ዓመት ውስጥ ብቻ 141 ሰዎች በሕንጻ የግንባታ ሥራ ላይ በደረሰ አደጋ ሕይወታቸው ማለፉን የአዲስ አበባ ግንባታ ፈቃድና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ለአሐዱ አስታውቋል።
ሕይወታቸውን ያጡ ዜጎች በሁሉም የእድሜ ክልልና ፆታ የሚገኙ መሆናቸውን የገለጹት የባለስልጣን መስሪያቤቱ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ኢንጂነር አበበ እሸቱ ናቸው።
በተደረገው ጥናት መሠረት የሞታቸው መንስኤ ተብለው የተለዩት፤ የመጀመሪያው ጥንቃቄ ባልተሞላበት መንገድ የደህንነት ቀበቶ፣ ጫማ እና ኮፍያ የመሳሰሉትን ሳያደርጉ ሲሰሩ የነበሩ ሠራተኞች ከከፍታ ላይ መውደቃቸው ስለመሆኑ ተናግረዋል።

🚧ከ 2015 እስከ 2017 በጀት ዓመት በተሰራ ጥናት መሠረት በሁለት ዓመት ውስጥ ብቻ 141 ሰዎች በሕንጻ የግንባታ ሥራ ላይ በደረሰ አደጋ ሕይወታቸው ማለፉን የአዲስ አበባ ግንባታ ፈቃድና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ለአሐዱ አስታውቋል።
ሕይወታቸውን ያጡ ዜጎች በሁሉም የእድሜ ክልልና ፆታ የሚገኙ መሆናቸውን የገለጹት የባለስልጣን መስሪያቤቱ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ኢንጂነር አበበ እሸቱ ናቸው።
በተደረገው ጥናት መሠረት የሞታቸው መንስኤ ተብለው የተለዩት፤ የመጀመሪያው ጥንቃቄ ባልተሞላበት መንገድ የደህንነት ቀበቶ፣ ጫማ እና ኮፍያ የመሳሰሉትን ሳያደርጉ ሲሰሩ የነበሩ ሠራተኞች ከከፍታ ላይ መውደቃቸው ስለመሆኑ ተናግረዋል።
ከዚህ ሌላም በግንባታው ቦታ ላይ በሚያጋጥም የኤሌክትሪክ አደጋ ሲሆን፤ የተላጠ ኤሌክትሪክ በሚይዙበት ወቅት ወይም መብራት ሳያጠፉ በሚሰሩበት ጊዜ የሚከሰት እንደሆነ ተናግረዋል።
በተጨማሪም ከላይ ብሎኬት ወይም ድንጋይ በመውደቁ ከሥር ያለውን ባለሙያ ሔይወት ያጠፋበት ሁኔታ ስለመኖሩ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ አንስተዋል።
