1. Site Preparation: Clear vegetation, mark layout, and level site.

2. Excavation: Excavate to required depth for foundation.

👉የ Building Construction ኮሌጅ የመጀመሪያዎቹ ምሩቃን ህዳር 1952 ዓ.ም

💫የተያያዙት ምስሎች በአዲስ አበባ ህንፃ ኮሌጅ ምረቃ ላይ የተነሱ ናቸው።

⏺ዋና እንግዶች ንጉሠ ነገሥት ቀዳማዊ  ኃይለ ሥላሴ እና ልዑል በርትል ከስዊድን ነበሩ።

🏷በዚህ ቀን በህዳር 1952 ዓም (November 1959) የመጀመሪያ  ተማሪዎች ዲግሪያቸውን አግኝተዋል።

⏺ይህ ተቋም በ1954 እኤአ የተመሰረተው በኢትዮጵያ እና በስዊድን መንግስታት መካከል በተደረገው የሁለትዮሽ ስምምነት ነው።

⏺እ.ኤ.አ. በ 1955 የተጀመረው የመጀመሪያ የትምህርት መርሃ ግብር በህንፃ ኢንጂነሪንግ ውስጥ የሶስት ዓመት የዲፕሎማ መርሃ ግብር ለመስጠት ነበር።

⏺በ እ.ኤ.አ. 1957/58 የትምህርት ዘመን ማጠናቀቂያ ላይ ስልጠናው ወደ አራት አመት መርሃ ግብር በማደግ በ Bsc በ ህንፃ ምህንድስና ዲግሪ መስጠት ጀመረ።
