የፌደራል የቅርስ ጥናት እና ጥበቃ ባለስልጣን በበኩሉ “ሲኒማ አምፒርን” ጨምሮ የፈረሱት ህንጻዎች “የቅርስ መመዘኛ መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ አይደሉም” ብሏል።
ከፈረሱ ህንጻዎች መካከል ሸዋ ሆቴል፣ በስተኋላ ላይ ወደ ሄርሞን ሆቴል የተለወጠው የአጼ ኃይለ ሥላሴ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ህንጻ እንዲሁም ቢያድግልኝ ሆቴል ይገኙበታል።
ሰኔ 29፤ 2018 ዓ.ም. ረፋድ ላይ በቦታው የተገኘችው የ“ኢትዮጵያ ኢንሳይደር” ዘጋቢ ህንጻዎቹ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ፈርሰው ዙሪያቸው በአረንጓዴ ቆርቆሮ መታጠር መጀመሩን ተመልክታለች።

እኚሁ ግለሰብ ከወራት በፊት የኪራይ ውል ለማደስ ወደ ፌደራል ቤቶች ኮርፖሬሽን በሄዱበት ወቅት፤ ህንጻው የሚፈርስ በመሆኑ እስከዚያው ድረስ የወር ኪራይ እንዲከፍሉ እንደተነገራቸውም ጨምረው አስረድተዋል።

👉በአዲስ አበባ የቤት ኪራይ ጭማሪ ጣሪያ 11.5% ሆኖ ተወሰነ ፤ የውል እድሳት ምዝገባም ከዛሬ ሐምሌ 1 ጀምሮ ይካሄዳል፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የዜጎችን የኑሮ ጫና ለመቀነስ እና በኪራይ ገበያው ላይ የሚስተዋሉ ህገ-ወጥና ዘፈቀዳዊ አሰራሮችን በዘላቂነት ለመግታት ታላቅ እርምጃ መውሰዱን ቀጥሏል።
ከዚህ ቀደም በወጣው የቤት ኪራይ ቁጥጥር አዋጅ መሠረት፣ ለ2019 በጀት ዓመት የሚተገበረው ፍትሐዊ የቤት ኪራይ ዓመታዊ ጭማሪ ጣሪያ 11.5% ሆኖ መጽደቁን የቤቶች ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ አስታወቀ።
ይህንን ተከትሎ በመላው ከተማዋ የሚገኙ የግል መኖሪያ ቤቶች የአከራይ-ተከራይ አዲስ የውል እድሳት ምዝገባ ከዛሬ ሐምሌ 1 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በሁሉም ክፍለ ከተማ ቤቶች አስተዳደር ፅ/ቤት በይፋ መተግበር ይጀምራል።
ቢሮው እንዳመለከተው ፣ ይህ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ውሳኔ በዘፈቀደ የተወሰነ ሳይሆን በከተማዋ ሰፊ ሳይንሳዊ ጥናት ተካሂዶ የነዋሪውን እውነተኛ የመክፈል አቅም ባገናዘበ መልኩ የተዘጋጀ ነው።
ይህ አሰራር በአንድ በኩል አከራዮች ወቅቱንና የኢኮኖሚ ሁኔታውን ያገናዘበ ፍትሐዊ ገቢ እንዲያገኙ የሚያረጋግጥ ሲሆን ፤ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ተከራዮች ከገቢያቸው ጋር የተመጣጠነ ኪራይ በመክፈል ከተደጋጋሚ መፈናቀልና ከስነ-ልቦና ስጋት ድነው የተረጋጋ ሕይወት እንዲመሩ ያደርጋል።
ውሳኔው በከተማዋ ያለውን የኑሮ ውድነት ጫና በከፍተኛ ደረጃ በመቀነስ ረገድ የጎላ ማህበራዊ ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና መልካም አስተዳደር ፋይዳዎች እንዳሉት ቢሮው አረጋግጧል።
