ኢትዮጵያ በረጅም የመንገድ መረብ ከምስራቅ አፍሪካ 1ኛ ናት

የኢትዮጵያ የመንገድ ተደራሽነት በአጭር ዓመታት ውስጥ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እያደገ መጥቷል፡፡

በአሁኑ ወቅት የሀገሪቱ አጠቃላይ የመንገድ አውታር ርዝመት 182 ሺህ 232 ኪሎ ሜትር ደርሷል።

ይህ በመደመር እሳቤ የተገኘው ስኬት ኢትዮጵያን በአፍሪካ የረጅም የመንገድ መረብ ካላቸው ከደቡብ አፍሪካና ናይጄሪያ በመቀጠል 3ኛ ደረጃ፤ በምስራቅ አፍሪካ ደግሞ 1ኛ ደረጃ ላይ እንድትቀመጥ አድርጓታል።

የሀገሪቱ የሁሉም ወቅቶች የመንገድ ሽፋን ከ126 ሺህ ኪሎ ሜትር ወደ 170 ሺህ ኪሎ ሜትር አድጓል።

ከዚህ ቀደም ከገጠር መንደሮች ተነስተው ወደ ዋና የአስፋልት መንገዶች ለመድረስ ቀናትን ይወስድ የነበረ ሲሆን፤ አሁን ላይ ዜጎች በአማካኝ 1 ሰዓት ከ25 ደቂቃ ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ዋና መንገድ ማግኘት ይችላሉ።

የትራፊክ ፍሰትን ለማሳለጥና የሎጂስቲክስ ዘርፉን ለማዘመን በአምስቱም የአዲስ አበባ በሮች በእያንዳንዳቸው የ100 ኪሎ ሜትር ርዝማኔ ያላቸው አዳዲስ የፍጥነት መንገዶች በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እየተገነቡ ይገኛሉ።

እነዚህ ፕሮጀክቶች ሀገሪቱን ከጎረቤት ሀገራትና ከዋና ዋና የንግድ ማዕከላት ጋር የሚያገናኙ የኢኮኖሚ የጀርባ አጥንት ናቸው።

በቅርቡ የተጠናቀቁና ለአገልግሎት የበቁ የፍጥነት መንገዶችን ስንመለከት የሞጆ - ሐዋሳ የፍጥነት መንገድ አንዱ ነው፡፡ ይህ መንገድ የ202 ኪ.ሜ ርዝማኔ ሲኖረው፤ የመንገዱ የመጨረሻ ምዕራፍ የሆነው የባቱ - አርሲ ነገሌ - ሐዋሳ ክፍል ግንባታው ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጠናቆ ለአገልግሎት ክፍት ሆኗል።

የድሬደዋ - ደወሌ የፍጥነት መንገድ ደግሞ የምስራቁን የሀገሪቱን ክፍል ከጅቡቲ የወደብ መስመር ጋር በማገናኘት የገቢ - ወጪ ንግዱን በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ያቀለጠፈ የክፍያ መንገድ ነው።

የአዲስ አበባ - አዳማ የፍጥነት መንገድ የሀገሪቱ ቀዳሚ ባለ 6 መስመር የፍጥነት መንገድ ሲሆን፤ በአሁኑ ወቅት የ24 ሰዓት ሙሉ የክፍያ እና የደህንነት አገልግሎት እየሰጠ ይገኛል።

ኢትዮጵያ በመደመር እሳቤ ራሷን በአዳዲስና ዘመናዊ የመንገድ ትራንስፖርት አማራጮች በፍጥነት ለማገናኘት እየሰራች ነው፡፡

አዲስ አበባን ከክልል ከተሞች ጋር የሚያገናኙ የአዲስ አበባ - ጅማ የፍጥነት መንገድ፣ የአዲስ አበባ - ደሴ የፍጥነት መንገድ፣ የአዲስ አበባ - ደብረ ማርቆስ የፍጥነት መንገድ እና የአዲስ አበባ - ነቀምቴ የፍጥነት መንገድ የአዋጭነት ጥናት እና ቅድመ ዲዛይን ተጠናቅቆ በህዝብና በግል አጋርነት ሞዴል ወደ ግንባታ ለማስገባት እየተሰራ ይገኛል፡፡

በመገንባት ላይ ያሉና የታቀዱ የፍጥነት መንገዶች ኮሪደርን ስንመለከት፤ የአዳማ - አዋሽ - መልካጂሎ የፍጥነት መንገድ የኢትዮ - ጅቡቲ የንግድ ኮሪደርን ሙሉ በሙሉ ከፍተኛ የፍጥነት መንገድ ለማድረግ ግንባታው በምዕራፍ ተከፍሎ እየተከናወነ ይገኛል።

የአምስቱ የአዲስ አበባ መውጫ መግቢያ በሮች ዘመናዊ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክቶች ደግሞ የከተማዋን የትራፊክ መጨናነቅ ሙሉ በሙሉ ይቀርፋሉ ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።

አሁን በአገልግሎት ላይ ያሉ ዘመናዊ የፍጥነት መንገዶች የጉዞ ጊዜን እስከ 40 በመቶ እየቀነሱት ይገኛሉ።

በሌላ መልኩ አርሶ አደሩ የግብርና ምርቶቹን በፍጥነት ወደ መሀል ሀገር ገበያ እንዲያደርስ እንዲሁም ተማሪዎችና ሕሙማን ወደ ትምህርትና ጤና ተቋማት በቀላሉ እንዲደርሱ የገጠር ቀበሌዎችን ከዋና መንገዶች ጋር የማገናኘት ሥራ በስፋት እየተሰራ ነው።
