⭐️Job Requirement

⏺Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field; familiarity with Lean construction concepts and methodologies
⏺Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on site experience in civil engineering or construction projects

🏷Additional Details

Proven experience managing construction activities, supervising site teams, and ensuring project compliance with design specifications
Understanding and application of Lean construction techniques to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency on-site
Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project milestones
Ability to perform quality checks, ensure safety standards, and monitor project progress
