👉የፌሮ ብረት ሥራ ላይ መሐንዲሱ መቆጣጠር ያለበት

🌟በግንባታ ሥራ ላይ የስትራhቸራል ክፍሎች ላይ የሚታሰር የፌሮ ብረት (Deformed Reinforcement bar) የኮንከሬት መዋቅርን ጥንካሬ የሚወስን ነው።

⏺ዋናውና ልዩ ትኩረት የሚሰጥበት ሥራ ስለሆነ መሐንዲሱ የሚከተሉትን ነጥቦች ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

▶️1. የፌሮ ብረት አይነትና ልኬት

🖱ለግንባታ ሥራው ጥቅም ላይ ለመዋል የቀረበው የፌሮ ብረት በውል ሰነዱ (contract document) ሥር ስፔስፊኬሽን ላይ የተመለከተውን የፌሮ ብረት ሳይንሳዊ መስፈርት ( Technical requirements) ያሟላ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት ይህ ማለት የሀገር
ውስጥ ብረት ፣ የቱርክ፣ የጣሊያን… Dia 8, Dia 10, Dia 14....» በሚል መለያ ትክክለኛ ብረት መቅረቡን እና በተገቢው ቦታ ጥቅም ላይ መዋሉን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

▶️2.ብዛት ቅርጽ፦

🖱በኮንክሪት ስትራከቸር መዋቅር ከፍሎች ላይ Pad,Column,beams, slabs, concrete wall and stairs) የተዘረጋው የፌሮ ብረት በ ስትራክቸራል ዲዛይኑ ላይ በተመለከተው መሰረት ብዛቱ ተመሳሳይ መሆኑን፣ ብረቶቹ እርስ በእርሳቸው እና የብረቶቹ እጥፋት ቅርጽ በአግባቡ የተዘጋጁና የተሳሰሩ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

▶️3. የስታፋ እና ጥቁር ብረት አስተሳሰርን በተለይ የምሰሶ (column) እና ግንዴላ (beam) ፌሮ ብረቶች በስትራክቸራል ዲዛይኑ ላይ በተመለከተው የስታፋ ርቀት መሰረት (as per c/c of stirrups on ST drawing) መቀመጣቸውን፣ የስታፋ (stirrups) ብረቶች ዲያሜትር ትከከል
መሆኑን እና እያንዳንዱ ከስታፋ ጋር የተነካካ ዘላቂ በጥቁር ሽቦ የታሰሩ መሆናቸውን በሚገባ መርመር አለበት።

▶️4. ክፍተት መጠበቁን (spacing) አቀማመጥ፦

🖱በተለይ በጋንዴላ (beam) እና ወለል (slab) ሥራ ላይ ኮንክሬት ከመሞላቱ በፊት ብረት የተሰረው ከፎርምወርh ንጣፉ ቢያንስ 2.5 cm ርቀት ላይ መሆኑም ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

⏺በነገራችን ላይ እንደ ስትራክቸሩ ቢወሰንም spacing እስከ 7cm
ድረስ ሊሆን ይችላል የተነጠፈው
በቂ ክፍተት ያለው መሆን አለበት።

▶️5. የፌሮ ብረቶች እርስ በእርስ ርቀት፦
ያላቸውም ክፍተት መታየት

🖱ብረት ክፍተት ማስጠበቂያ (spacer) ለማሰር የሚያስችል የተዘረጉ ብረቶች ከ ፎርምወርክ ቦታ ብቻ ሳይሆን እርስ በእርስ
መታየት አለበት።

⏺የኮንክሬት ጠጠር ማለፍ በሚችልበት መልኩ በስትራክቸራል ዲዛይኑ ላይ የተመለከቱት ብረቶብ በአግባቡ መታሰራቸውን (ግማሹ የተጠጋጋ
ሌላው የተራራቀ አለመሆኑን) ማረጋገጥ አለበት በስትራከቸራል ዲዛይኑ
ያላቸውን ትስስር

▶️6.በቂ መደራረቢያ ርዝመት (lap length)፦

🖱አንድ ስትራክቸር ከሌላ የጎንዮሽ ወይን ወደ ላይ ከሚቀጥል ከፍል ጋር ለተሳሰር የሚያስችል በቂ የመደረቢያ ርዝመት ታሳቢ ተደርጎ የተቆረጠ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

⚡️የዲዛይን ሶፍትዌር የራሱን መስጠት የሚችል ቢሆንም ብዙ ጊዜ 4 Cm*Diameter ነው።

📍ለምሳሌ:- ባለ dia 20 ፌሮ lap length= 40*20=800mm ይሆናል ማለት
ነው። Lap length ከሚያጥር ይልቅ ቢረዝም ይመረጣል፣ ካጠረ ግን ፌሮ ብረቱ መቀየር የሚኖርቡት ይሆናል።

▶️7. ጤናማ ፌሮ መሆኑን

🖱ጥቅም ላይ የዋለው ብረት ያልዛገ ወይም ያልተቀጠቀጠ ወይም አለግባብ ያልታጠፈ ወይም ምንም አይነት የመቆረጥ ምልክት የሌለበት መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።
