The Southern Ethiopia Regional State, Gamo Zone, Arba Minch Zuria Woreda Finance and Planning Development Office, for the 2018 Budget Year, intends to hire contractors for the construction of drinking water projects owned by the
Sustainable Land Management Programme-V (SLM-V) under the Woreda Agriculture Office.

The construction will take
place in Dega Ocholo, Dega Shara, and Ganta Bonke Kebeles through an open competitive bid.

Accordingly, contractors of grade GC-5 or WWC-5 and above who meet the following

ብሔራዊ ባንክ የኢትዮጵያን የኢንሹራንስ ኢንዱስትሪ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ የሚቀይር እና ለውጭ ባለሀብቶች ክፍት የሚያደርግ አዲስ የኢንሹራንስ አዋጅ አዘጋጅቷል።

በረቂቅ ደረጃ የሚገኘው አዋጁ፣ እስካሁን በብሔራዊ ባንክ ስር የነበረውን የኢንሹራንስ ቁጥጥር ስልጣን ወደ አዲስ ወደሚቋቋም ራሱን የቻለ ተቋም ያዛውራል።

የኢንሹራንስ ገበያውን በበላይነት የሚመራ፣ ፈቃድ የሚሰጥና የሚቆጣጠር "የኢትዮጵያ ኢንሹራንስ ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን" (Ethiopian Insurance Regulatory Authority) የተባለ ራሱን የቻለ ተቋም እንዲቋቋም ረቂቁ ደንግጓል ይህም ተቋም ተጠሪነቱ ለገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ይሆናል።

በረቂቁ መሰረት የውጭ ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች በኢትዮጵያ ቅርንጫፍ መክፈት ወይም በሀገር ውስጥ ኩባንያዎች ላይ ድርሻ መግዛት ይችላሉ።

ጠቅላላ የውጭ ዜጎች የባለቤትነት ድርሻ ከአንድ የኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ ጠቅላላ ካፒታል ውስጥ ከ49 በመቶ መብለጥ አይችልም ፣ስትራቴጂካዊ የውጭ ባለሀብቶች እስከ 40 በመቶ ድርሻ እንዲኖራቸው ተፈቅዷል።

ያለፈቃድ የኢንሹራንስ ስራ ላይ መሰማራት እስከ 15 ዓመት በሚደርስ ፅኑ እስራት እና በገንዘብ ቅጣት እንደሚያስቀጣ በረቂቁ ላይ ተመላክቷል።

የኢንሹራንስ ዘርፉ የሚመራበት በርካታ አዲስ ጉዳዮችን ያካተተው "ረቂቅ አዋጁ" በረቂቅ ደረጃ ያለ መሆኑን እና ለህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አለመመራቱን ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ከብሔራዊ ባንክ ሰምቷል።

- Organize logistics and procurement for the project.
