Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical and ICT Personnel to support the installation, supervision, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and ICT infrastructure across ongoing and upcoming projects.This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have proven field experience and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

🔖Key Responsibilities

-Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical power systems
-Wiring, distribution boards, lighting, and grounding systems
-Troubleshooting electrical faults and system failures
-Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and codes
-Coordinating with site engineers and contractors during implementation
-Installation and configuration of structured cabling systems (data/voice)
-Setup of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points)
-CCTV system installation and configuration
-Basic server room and network troubleshooting support
-Ensuring system reliability and connectivity across sites

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, or related field
-Minimum 3–5 years proven work experience in electrical and ICT systems
-Strong knowledge of electrical installations and network infrastructure
-Experience in construction/project site environment is highly preferred
-Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
-Problem-solving mindset and hands-on technical capability

Skills Required

-Electrical installation and fault diagnosis

-Strong teamwork and communication skills

💫1. የፎርምወርክ ጥንካሬ እና መረጋጋት (Formwork Stability & Alignment)

ኮንክሪት በሚፈስበትና በቫይብሬተር በሚነዝርበት ወቅት የሚፈጠረውን ከፍተኛ ጫና መቋቋም እንዲችል የደገፉት ማገር፣ ማቆሚያዎች (Props) እና ጃኮች ፍጹም ጠንካራ መሆናቸውን ያረጋግጡ።

ፎርምወርኩ ከተንቀሳቀሰ ወይም ከተሰበረ የህንጻውን ቅርጽና ጥራት ከማበላሸቱ ባለፈ ከባድ አደጋ ሊያስከትል ይችላል።

💫2. የብረት ሽፋን እና ርቀት (Rebar Cover & Spacing)

ብረቶቹ ከፎርምወርኩ ጋር እንዳይነካኩ እና በኮንክሪት ሙሉ በሙሉ እንዲሸፈኑ ተገቢው የስፔሰር (Spacer blocks/Concrete cover) መኖሩን ያረጋግጡ።

እንዲሁም በንድፉ (Drawing) መሰረት የብረቶቹ ርቀትና ትስስር ትክክል መሆኑን መፈተሽ የህንጻውን የረጅም ጊዜ ጥንካሬ ይወስናል።

💫3. የውሃ እና ሲሚንቶ ጥምርታ (Water-Cement Ratio)

እንደ ኢትዮጵያ የአየር ንብረት (በተለይ በሞቃታማ አካባቢዎች ወይም በበጋ ወቅት) ኮንክሪት በፍጥነት ሊደርቅና ሊሰነጣጠቅ ስለሚችል የውሃው መጠን ልክ መሆን አለበት::

ውሃ ከመጠን በላይ ከበዛ የኮንክሪቱን ጥንካሬ (Strength) በእጅጉ ይቀንሰዋል፤ ካነሰ ደግሞ ለመስራት አስቸጋሪ (Workability) ይሆናል።

ስለዚህ ትክክለኛውን ድብልቅና የስለምፕ ቴስት (Slump Test) ማረጋገጥ ያስፈልጋል።

💫ስለ CGPA እና GPA አሰራር ማብራሪያ

🚧ብዙዎች እንደሚሳሳቱት፣ Cumulative GPA (CGPA) ማለት የ-1st Semester እና የ-2nd Semester Gpaን ደምሮ ለሁለት ማካፈል ማለት አይደለም❌

🏷የትኛውም የGPA ስሌት የሚሰራው ተማሪው በወሰዳቸው አጠቃላይ Credit Hours ብዛት ላይ ተመስርቶ ነው።

📚 የሴሚስተር GPA አሰራር

🧷የአንድን ተማሪ የሴሚስተር ውጤት (GPA) ለማስላት፣ እያንዳንዱ ትምህርት ያለው የ Credit Hour በዛው ትምህርት የመጣው Grade Point ይባዛል። ከዚያም የሁሉም ትምህርቶች ውጤት በአንድ ላይ ተደምሮ፣ በሴሚስተሩ ለተወሰዱት አጠቃላይ የ Credit Hour ድምር ይካፈላል።

🔖ምሳሌ፦ አንድ ተማሪ በሴሚስተሩ 3 ትምህርቶችን ቢወስድ፡

1ኛ ትምህርት፦ Grade A (4.0) እና Credit Hour 5 ቢሆን ➔ 4.0 x 5 = 20

2ኛ ትምህርት፦ Grade A- (3.75) እና Credit Hour 5 ቢሆን ➔ 3.75 x 5 = 18.75

3ኛ ትምህርት፦ Grade B (3.0) እና Credit Hour 3 ቢሆን ➔ 3.0 x 3 = 9

🚧የተማሪውን GPA ለማግኘት፦

የውጤቶች አጠቃላይ ድምር፦ 20 + 18.75 + 9 = 47.75

የአጠቃላይ Credit Hour ድምር፦ 5 + 5 + 3 = 13

🔗በመጨረሻም፣ የውጤቱን ድምር ለአጠቃላይ ክሬዲት ሰዓቱ ስናካፍለው የሴሚስተሩን GPA እናገኛለን፦
47.75 ÷ 13 = 3.67

❇️ስለዚህ፣ ይህ ተማሪ በሴሚስተሩ 3.67 GPA አመጣ ይባላል።

🪧CGPA ሲሰላም በተመሳሳይ መንገድ የሁሉንም ሴሚስተሮች(የሁሉንም ኮርሶች) አጠቃላይ የውጤት ድምር ለአጠቃላይ የክሬዲት ሰዓት ድምር በማካፈል ነው የሚገኘው።

📌 የ CGPA አሰራር ይበልጥ ግልጽ ለማድረግ፦

🚧ለምሳሌ የአንድን ተማሪ የሁለት ሴሚስተር የCGPA ውጤት ለማስላት፦

• 1st Semester ላይ፦
የውጤት ድምር = 47.75
የ Credit Hour ድምር = 13
(GPA = 3.67)

• 2nd Semester ላይ፦
የውጤት ድምር = 52.00
የCredit Hour ድምር = 15
(GPA = 3.46)

❌ የተሳሳተው አሰራር፦ የሁለቱን ሴሚስተር GPA ደምሮ ለሁለት ማካፈል (3.67 + 3.46) ÷ 2 = 3.56 (ይህ ስህተት ነው!) የምትወስዱት ኮርስ በጨመረ ቁጥር የተሳሳተ Result ነው የምታገኙት

🔗ትክክለኛው አሰራር (CGPA)፦
የሁለቱንም ሴሚስተር አጠቃላይ የውጤት ድምር ለአጠቃላይ የክሬዲት ሰዓት ድምር ማካፈል፦

• አጠቃላይ የውጤት ድምር፦ 47.75 + 52.00 = 99.75
• አጠቃላይ የCredit Hour ድምር፦ 13 + 15 = 28

🔗ስለዚህ CGPA = 99.75 ÷ 28 = 3.562 (ወደ ሁለት Digit ሲጠጋ 3.56 ይሆናል።)

📎ውጤቱ ተመሳሳይ ሊሆን የቻለው የሁለቱ ሴሚስተሮች የክሬዲት hr በጣም ስለሚቀራረብ ብቻ ነው፤ የምትወስዷቸው ኮርሶች በበዙ ቁጥር የ ሁለቱ አሰራር ልዩነት ይፈጥራል።

​የግንባታው ኃላፊ የሆነው የቻይና ኩባንያ፣ የስታዲየሙን ግዙፍ የጣራ ብረት መዋቅር (Steel Structure) የመጀመሪያ ዙር ወደ ላይ የማንሳትና የመግጠም ስራ (First Lift) በተሳካ ሁኔታ ማጠናቀቁን አስታውቋል።

​💡 ይህ ስታዲየም ለምን ልዩ ሆነ?

👉የመንገድ ግንባታ ዋና ደረጃዎች (Main Stages of Road Construction)

🚧መንገድ ግንባታ በየደረጃው በጥንቃቄ የሚከናወን ሥራ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ደረጃ ለመንገዱ ጥንካሬ፣ ዘላቂነት እና ደህንነት ትልቅ ሚና አለው።

1. የሳይት ዝግጅት (Site Preparation)

ዛፎች፣ቁጥቋጦዎች እና ሌሎች እንቅፋቶችን ማስወገድ (Clearing & Grubbing)

የመንገዱን አቅጣጫ እና ወሰን በሰርቬይ መወሰን (Setting Out)

የግንባታ ቦታውን ለስራ ዝግጁ ማድረግ

2. የመሬት ሥራ (Earthwork)

ከፍ ያለ ቦታ መቆፈር (Cut)

ዝቅተኛ ቦታ በአፈር መሙላት (Fill)

አፈሩን በኮምፓክተር ማጠናከር (Compaction)

የመንገዱን Formation Level ማዘጋጀት

3. ሳብግሬድ (Subgrade)

ይህ የመንገዱ መሠረታዊ የአፈር ክፍል ነው።

ሁሉንም የላይኛ ንብርብሮች የሚሸከም መሠረት ነው።

በትክክል ካልተኮምፓክት መንገዱ በፍጥነት ሊበላሽ ይችላል።

4. ሳብ-ቤዝ (Sub-base)

በ Subgrade ላይ የሚቀመጥ የጠጠር ወይም የተፈጨ ድንጋይ ንብርብር ነው።

ጭነትን በስፋት ያሰራጫል።

የውሃ ፍሳሽን ያሻሽላል።

5. ቤዝ ኮርስ (Base Course)

የመንገዱ ዋና ጭነት ተሸካሚ ክፍል ነው።

የተሽከርካሪዎችን ክብደት ወደ ታችኛው ንብርብር ያስተላልፋል።

ከተፈጨ ድንጋይ (Crushed Aggregate) ይሠራል።

6. ባይንደር ኮርስ (Binder Course)

በBase Course እና Wearing Course መካከል ያለ የአስፋልት ንብርብር ነው።

ንብርብሮቹን እንዲጣበቁ ያደርጋል።

ተጨማሪ ጥንካሬ ይሰጣል።

7. ዌሪንግ ኮርስ (Wearing Course)

ይህ ተሽከርካሪዎች በቀጥታ የሚንቀሳቀሱበት የመንገዱ የላይኛው ክፍል ነው።

ለስላሳ ጉዞ ይፈጥራል።

የጎማ መንሸራተትን ይቀንሳል።

መንገዱን ከፀሐይ፣ ከዝናብ እና ከሌሎች የአየር ሁኔታዎች ይጠብቃል።

8. ሾልደር እና ድሬኔጅ (Shoulder and Drain)

ሾልደር (Shoulder) በመንገዱ ጎን የሚገኝ ክፍል ነው።

ለአደጋ ጊዜ ማቆሚያ ይሆናል።

የመንገዱን ጠርዝ ይደግፋል።

ድሬኔጅ (Drainage) ደግሞ የዝናብ ውሃን ከመንገዱ ለማራቅ ይጠቅማል።
