💫​በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የሪል ስቴት ዘርፍ ውስጥ እየተከሰቱ ያሉ ውዝግቦች ትኩረት ስበዋል። በካ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 6 (ሴቶች አደባባይ አካባቢ) በሚገኘው "ኖህ ቪክትሪ ሳይት" ባለ 19 ወለል ህንፃ ላይ አፓርታማዎችን የገዙ ስድስት ግለሰቦች፣ አልሚውን "ኖህ ሪል ስቴት" በፌዴራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ከሰዋል።

​የዘገየ ግንባታ፦ ከሳሾቹ እንደገለጹት፣ አፓርታማዎቹ በውል ስምምነታቸው መሠረት በ36 ወራት ውስጥ መጠናቀቅ ሲገባቸው፣ ግንባታው ስድስት ዓመታትን መውሰዱን ጠቅሰዋል።

​ክፍያ፦ ገዢዎቹ ከ50 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ ክፍያ በሙሉ መፈጸማቸውን በመጥቀስ፣ ቤቶቹ ተጠናቀው ቁልፍ ለመረከብ ሲጠይቁ አልሚው ሊረክብ ፈቃደኛ እንዳልሆነ አስረድተዋል።

​የአልሚው (ኖህ ሪል ስቴት) ክርክር፦
ኩባንያው የግንባታውን መዘግየት እና ክፍያ መፈጸሙን አምኖ ተቀብሏል። ሆኖም ለውዝግቡ ምክንያት የሆነው የቦታ ስፋት መለዋወጥ መሆኑን ይገልጻል።

​በተናጠል ካርታ ዝግጅት ወቅት፣ ከውሉ ስምምነት በላይ ከ10 በመቶ በላይ (እስከ 57.13 ካሬ ሜትር) የቦታ ጭማሪ መታየቱን ጠቅሷል።

​በዚህም መሠረት ከ3 እስከ 4 ሚሊዮን ብር የሚደርስ ተጨማሪ ክፍያ እንዲከፍሉ መጠየቁን፣ ይህም በውሉ መሠረት ህጋዊ መብቱ መሆኑን ይከራከራል።

ገዢዎቹ በበኩላቸው በውሉ ላይ የተስማሙበት ዋጋ የመጨረሻ መሆኑንና ተጨማሪ ቦታ እንዳልተሰራላቸው በመጥቀስ፣ ተጨማሪ ክፍያ አንከፍልም በማለት ክርክራቸውን አቅርበዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር የተመሰረተበትን 75ኛ ዓመት የአልማዝ ኢዮቤልዩ  በዓሉን በተለያዩ መርሃ ግብሮች ማክበር ጀምሯል።

በመክፈቻ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት የሥራ ኃላፊዎች፣ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች፣ የተቋሙ አመራሮችና ሠራተኞች ተገኝተዋል።

ተቋሙ በ1943 ዓ.ም ከተመሰረተበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ሀገሪቱን በማገናኘት በነበረው የሰባት አስርት ዓመታት ጉዞ  ከጠጠር  መንገድ  ግንባታ ተነስቶ አሁን ላይ ፈጣንና ዘመናዊ የአስፋልት ኮንክሪት መንገዶችን፣ የክፍያ መንገዶችን እና ድልድዮችን  እስከ  መገንባት የደረሰ የቴክኖሎጂና የክህሎት ሽግግር አድርጓል።

ኢመአ ሲመሰረት የነበረው የመንገድ ሽፋን 6 ሺህ 400 ኪሎ ሜትር ብቻ የነበረ ቢሆንም፤ ባለፉት ዓመታት ባደረገው ያልተቋረጠ ጥረቶች አሁን ላይ የሀገሪቱን የመንገድ ኔትወርክ 180 ሺህ 232 ኪሎ ሜትር ማድረስ ተችሏል።

ተቋሙ "መንገዳችን ኃላፊነታችን" በሚል መርህ የማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ግንኙነቶችን እንዲሁም የንግድ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማፋጠን ረገድ ከፍተኛ ሚና ሲጫወት ቆይቷል።

"ምርጥ መንገዶች ለኢትዮጵያ ብልፅግና" የሚለውን ራዕዩን ለማሳካት የግብርናና የኢንዱስትሪ ምርቶች ወደ ገበያና ወደብ እንዲደርሱ በማድረግ፤ የጤናና የትምህርት አገልግሎቶችን በማስፋፋት እንዲሁም የሀገሪቱን ሁለንተናዊ ትስስር በማጠናከር በኩል ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ አበርክቷል።
