🏠ለመኖሪያ ቤት የሚሰራ ደረጃ ቢያንስ ስንት ስፋት ሊኖረው ይገባል?

🔆ቤት ሲነደፍ ብዙ ጊዜ ትኩረት የሚሰጠው በክፍሎች መጠን ላይ ብቻ ነው። ነገር ግን የደረጃ ስፋት (Staircase Clear Width) ለደህንነት፣ ለምቾት እና ለቀላል የሰው እንቅስቃሴ በጣም ወሳኝ ነው።

📌 በተጠቀሰው ስታንዳርድ መሠረት፦

🔹 ለግል መኖሪያ ቤት (Private Residential Building)
የደረጃው አነስተኛ የጽዳት ስፋት 90 cm (0.90 m) መሆን አለበት።

🔹 ለጋራ መኖሪያ እና ለሕዝብ/ንግድ ህንፃዎች
በአጠቃላይ 1.20 m እስከ 1.50 m የሚደርስ ስፋት ይፈለጋል። ይህም በተለይ የሰው እንቅስቃሴ ሲበዛ እና በአደጋ ጊዜ ህንፃውን በፍጥነት ለመልቀቅ ጠቃሚ ነው።

1️⃣ Plaster & Tile Allowance
የደረጃውን ስፋት ሲያስሉ የፕላስተር፣ የማርብል ወይም የግራናይት አጨራረስ የሚወስደውን ቦታ ግምት ውስጥ ያስገቡ። የሚፈለገው Clear Width ከአጨራረስ በኋላ የሚቀረው ስፋት መሆኑን አይዘንጉ።

2️⃣ Headroom Height
ከደረጃው መረገጫ እስከ በላይኛው ኮንክሪት/ጣሪያ ያለው Headroom ቢያንስ 2.10 m መሆኑን ያረጋግጡ።

🏠Roof Slopes – Details

🌟Roof slope, also called roof pitch, describes the amount of vertical rise for a given horizontal run. It is an important factor in roof drainage, structural design, roofing material selection, and overall roof performance.

1. Conventional Slope – 4 in 12

A 4:12 slope means the roof rises 4 inches for every 12 inches of horizontal run.

This provides a moderate pitch and is suitable for many conventional roof designs.

2. Low Slope – 2 in 12

A 2:12 slope rises 2 inches for every 12 inches of horizontal run. Low-slope roofs generally require careful waterproofing and appropriate roofing systems.

3. Flat / Very Low Slope

A theoretical flat roof has 0 rise over 12 inches of run. However, practical roofs normally require some positive fall so rainwater can drain toward outlets or gutters.

4. Slight Slope – 1 in 12

A 1:12 slope rises 1 inch for every 12 inches of horizontal run. It is a shallow roof slope commonly associated with low-slope roofing systems.

🔑 Key Points

Slope = Rise ÷ Run

Steeper roofs generally shed rainwater faster.

Lower slopes require suitable waterproofing and drainage provisions.

Roof slope should be selected according to climate, roofing material, drainage requirements, structural design, and applicable building codes.

Always follow the roofing manufacturer's minimum slope requirements.

👉እስከ 5.72 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚደርሰው አዲሱ የቢዝነስ ዘርፍ፦ «ማስ ቲምበር» የግንባታ ገበያን እንዴት እያወደሰው ይገኛል?

ለበርካታ አስርት ዓመታት የከተሞችን ሰማይ ጠቀስ ህንፃዎች በብቸኝነት ሲቆጣጠሩ የነበሩት ኮንክሪት እና ብረት፣ አሁን በዘመናዊ የተቀነባበሩ የእንጨት ውጤቶች (Mass Timber) እየተተኩ ይገኛሉ።

በቅርቡ በሲድኒ አውስትራሊያ የተገነባው የ39 ፎቅ (180 ሜትር) «አትላሲያን ሴንትራል» ህንፃ እንደሚያሳየው፣ የተቀነባበረ እንጨት ከኮንክሪትና ብረት ጋር ተቀናጅቶ ረጅም ህንፃዎችን ለመገንባት የሚያስችል አዲስ የምህንድስና ምዕራፍ ከፍቷል።


ይህ ዘርፍ በአሁኑ ወቅት ፈጣን የኢኮኖሚ እድገት እያስመዘገበ ይገኛል።

የቅርብ ጊዜ የገበያ ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት በ2025 እ.ኤ.አ. 2.28 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የነበረው የዓለም አቀፍ የማስ ቲምበር ገበያ፣ በየዓመቱ የ13.9% እድገት በማሳየት በ2032 እ.ኤ.አ. 5.72 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ይደርሳል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።

በተለይም በብዛት ጥቅም ላይ የሚውለው የCLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) ገበያ በ2030 እ.ኤ.አ. የ131% ያህል የሽያጭ ጭማሪ ያሳያል ተብሎ ተተንብዮአል።

በአህጉራት ደረጃ ሲታይ አውሮፓ የዚህን ገበያ 45.2% ($1.03 ቢሊዮን ዶላር) ድርሻ በመያዝ በግንባር ቀደምትነት እየመራች ይገኛል።

ሰሜን አሜሪካ በ33.5% ($765 ሚሊዮን ዶላር) ሁለተኛውን ደረጃ ስትይዝ፣ እስያ-ፓሲፊክ ደግሞ በ14.0% ድርሻ በፍጥነት በማደግ ላይ ያለ ገበያ ሆኗል። እንደ Stora Enso፣ Binderholz እና Mercer ያሉ ግዙፍ የኢንዱስትሪው አምራቾች የዘርፉን አቅርቦት በከፍተኛ ደረጃ እያሳደጉት ይገኛሉ።

የማስ ቲምበር ተወዳጅነት መጨመር ከቁሳቁሱ ባሻገር ከቴክኖሎጂ ውህደት ጋር የተያያዘ ነው። በአሁኑ ወቅት ሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት (AI) ለአንጨት ጥራት መለያ፣ ሮቦቲክስ ደግሞ ለትክክለኛ የእንጨት ቅርፅ መቁረጫነትና በቦታው ላይ ለመገጣጠም እየተጠቀሙባቸው ይገኛል።

በተጨማሪም በህንፃዎች ውስጥ የሚገጠሙ የ«ዲጂታል መንታ» (Digital Twins) ሴንሰሮች የእርጥበትና ንዝረት መጠንን በቅጽበት በመከታተል የህንፃዎችን ደህንነትና ዘላቂነት ያረጋግጣሉ።

በአጠቃላይ፣ ማስ ቲምበር የግንባታ ወጪንና ጊዜን ከመቀነሱም በላይ የካርቦን ልቀትን በመቀነስ ለአካባቢ ጥበቃ ትልቅ አስተዋጽኦ እያደረገ ነው። ምንም እንኳን የእሳት እና የእርጥበት መቋቋም ፈተናዎች ቢኖሩበትም፣ የቴክኖሎጂው ማደግ እና የቅይጥ (Hybrid) ግንባታዎች መስፋፋት የዓለም አቀፉን የግንባታ ዘርፍ ወደ አዲስ ዲጂታልና አውቶሜትድ ዘመን እያሸጋገረው ይገኛል።
