የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር መሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ በ2015 ዓ.ም በተከናወነው ከተማ አቀፍ የባዶ ቦታ ልየታና ኦዲት ቆጠራ ወቅት ያላግባብ ወደ መሬት ባንክ ገብተዋል ተብለው ቅሬታ የቀረበባቸው ይዞታዎችን በአጠረ ጊዜ ውስጥ መርምሮ ምላሽ ለመስጠት የአሰራር ስርዓት መዘርጋቱን ገልጿል።

የአሰራር ስርዓቱን አስመልክቶ ገለፃ ያደረጉት የመሬት ባንክና ጥበቃ ቡድን መሪ አቶ ክብሮም አሰፋ በወቅቱ በተከናወነው የባዶ ቦታ ልየታ 3ሺህ 744 ሄክታር ወይም 10ሺህ 097 ፕሎቶችን ከህገ-ወጦች መዳፍ በመፈልቀቅ ወደ መሬት ባንክ እንዲገቡ በማድረግ የመንግስትና የህዝብ ንብረት እንዲጠበቅ መደረጉን ተናግረዋል።

ስራው በአጠረ ጊዜ በዘመቻ የተከናወነ በመሆኑ ከ250 በላይ የሚሆኑ የቅሬታ ማመልከቻዎች ቀርበዋል ያሉት አቶ ከብሮም ይህንን ችግር ለመቅረፍ ቢሮው ባስቀመጠው አቅጣጫ መሠረት ከሁሉም ክፍለ ከተሞች አጣሪ ኮሚቴ ተቋቁሞ የቀረቡት ቅሬታዎች እንደየይዞታው ሁኔታ ተጣርቶ የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ እንደሚሰጠው ገልፀዋል።

የውይይት መድረኩን የመሩት የመሬት ዝግጅትና ማስተላለፍ ዘርፍ ምክትል ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ ፌኑስ ገላና በበኩላቸው ውስን የሆነውን የመንግስትና ህዝብ የመሬት ሀብት ከህገ-ወጥ ወረራ በመጠበቅ ሂደት ውስጥ፣ ህጋዊ ባለቤቶች የሆኑ አካላት ፍትህ እንዲያገኙና የመልካም አስተዳደር ችግሮች እንዲፈቱ የማስተካከያ ስራው በተያዘው የጊዜ ገደብ እንዲጠናቀቅና በቁርጠኝነት እንዲተገበር ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካል ርብርብ እንዲያደርጉ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
