🔹 የከባድ ተሽከርካሪዎች በተዘጋጀላቸው አማራጭ መንገዶች እንዲጓዙ ተመላክቷል። ከአዲሱ ገበያ/ሸጎሌ ወደ 18 ማዞሪያ እና ጦር ኃይሎች የሚጓዙ ከባድ መኪኖች የዊንጌት አደባባይ ላይኛውን ድልድይ መጠቀም አይፈቀድላቸውም።

🔹 ቀላልና መካከለኛ ተሽከርካሪዎች ደግሞ በመሳለሚያ፣ አጠና ተራ፣ ዊንጌት፣ ኮልፌ ፓርክ እና ሌሎች የውስጥ አማራጭ መንገዶች በመጠቀም መድረሻቸውን እንዲያደርሱ ተመላክቷል።

Position: Resident Engineering Project Coordinator – Civil, Structural & Finishing Works

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineering Project Coordinator to lead technical coordination, construction supervision, and project management for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, residential, hotel, and other complex building projects.

Key Responsibilities-

Act as the primary Client/Consultant representative on site.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers, Clients, authorities, and project teams.
Design and review structural works and coordinate multidisciplinary designs.
Supervise civil, structural, architectural, interior, and finishing works.
Monitor, evaluate, and follow up consultant and contractor performance.
Manage construction and project planning, progress, quality, risks, and technical issues.
Coordinate procurement, materials, testing, and approvals.
Review contractor payments, variations, claims, and contractual documents.
Prepare technical reports, contractual correspondence, and project documentation. Coordinate statutory permits and government authority inspections.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience- BSc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.-

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.- Proven experience in structural design and design review.- Strong experience in construction management and project management.- Experience supervising and coordinating high-rise or complex building projects.- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.- Experience in contract administration, payment verification, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills- Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.- Professional engineering registration/certification.- Strong working knowledge of ETABS and SAP2000.- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM/Revit.- Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.- Experience with FIDIC or similar international construction contracts.- Experience managing multiple consultants and monitoring consultant staff performance.- Experience coordinating government authorities, permits, and statutory approvals.- Experience with major mixed-use, commercial, residential, hotel, or real estate development projects.

​1. ትክክለኛ እቅድ እና የ3ዲ (3D) ምስላዊ እይታ

​ባህላዊ የ2ዲ (2D) ንድፎች ከሚያሳዩት በተለየ መልኩ፣ BIM የህንፃውን እያንዳንዱን አካል ከቁሳቁስ፣ ከልክ እና ከቦታ አቀማመጥ ጋር በሦስት አቅጣጫ (3D) እና ከዚያ በላይ (4D ለጊዜ፣ 5D ለወጪ) ያሳያል። ይህም ፕሮጀክቱ ከመጀመሩ በፊት ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉ ስህተቶችን ለመለየት ያስችላል።

​2. የባለሙያዎች እንከን የለሽ ትብብር (Collaboration)

​በአንድ ፕሮጀክት ላይ የሚሰሩ የአርክቴክቸር፣ የስትራክቸር እና የኤሌክትሮሜካኒካል (MEP) ባለሙያዎች በአንድ የተማከለ ዲጂታል ዳታቤዝ (Common Data Environment) ላይ ይሰራሉ። ይህ ክፍተቶችን ይቀንሳል፤ በስራ ቦታ ላይ የሚከሰቱ ግጭቶችን (Clashes) ቀድሞ በማስተካከል የጊዜ እና የሀብት ብክነትን ያስወግዳል።

​3. ጥራትን የጠበቀ የቁሳቁስ እና የወጪ ግምት (Cost Estimation)

​በBIM አማካኝነት በፕሮጀክቱ ላይ የሚያስፈልጉ የግንባታ እቃዎች ልክ እና ዝርዝር መረጃ በሰከንዶች ውስጥ ማግኘት ይቻላል። ይህም የበጀት ግምት ከእውነታው ጋር እንዲቀራረብ በማድረግ ያልተጠበቁ ወጪዎችን ይቆጣጠራል።

​4. የጊዜ ሰሌዳ እና የዕድገት ክትትል (4D BIM)

​የግንባታውን ሂደት ከጊዜ ሰሌዳ ጋር በማስተሳሰር (4D) ስራው በየትኛው ደረጃ ላይ እንደሚገኝ እና የትኛው የስራ ከፍል መቼ መጠናቀቅ እንዳለበት በግልጽ ለመከታተል ያስችላል።

​5. የህንፃው የዕድሜ ልክ አስተዳደር (Facility Management - 6D)

​ህንፃው ተገንብቶ ካለቀ በኋላም ቢሆን ስለ ህንፃው የሚመጡ ጥገናዎች፣ የቧንቧ እና የኤሌክትሪክ መስመሮች አቀማመጥ መረጃዎች በዲጂታል መልክ ስለሚቀመጡ ለቀጣይ አስተዳደር ትልቅ እገዛ ያደርጋል።

✤የLevel ልዩነትን በAuto Level መመርመር።

✤Tape Measure (3-4-5 Method) – ለትንንሽ ሕንፃዎች ቀላል ዘዴ። 3m፣ 4m እና 5m በመጠቀም 90° ይፈጥራል።
✤GPS – ለትልልቅ የመሬት ፕሮጀክቶች የመጀመሪያ ኮኦርዲኔት ለማስቀመጥ ይጠቅማል።

✤አንድ ጊዜ ብቻ አትለኩ፤ "Measure twice, set out once."
