Key Responsibilities

Carry out quantity take-offs, prepare/review monthly IPCs, and verify payments.
Develop project baseline schedules, progress tracking reports, and S-curves using MS Project.
Review shop drawings and visual presentations using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
Prepare, analyze, and track project claims, time extension (EOT) requests, and variation orders.
Prepare complete technical and financial bid documents for new project tenders.
Prepare material requirements, monitor the consumption and identify potential cost

Required Qualifications

Work Experience

Core Technical Skills

Software Qualifications

የS&P Global የግንባታ ዘርፍ የግዥ አስተዳደር ኢንዴክስ (PMI) በነሐሴ ወር ከነበረበት 44.3 ወደ 46.1 ከፍ ብሏል።

ሆኖም ከ50 በታች መሆኑ ዘርፉ አሁንም በመቀነስ ላይ መሆኑን ያመለክታል።

የመኖሪያ ቤት ግንባታ ደካማ እንቅስቃሴ ያሳየ ሲሆን፣ የአዳዲስ ትዕዛዞች መቀነስ፣ የግብዓት ወጪዎችና የደንበኞች ውሳኔ መዘግየት እንደ ተግዳሮቶች ተጠቅሰዋል።

🏢 2. የተመጣጣኝ መኖሪያ ቤት እጥረት ዓለም አቀፍ የኢኮኖሚ ተግዳሮት ሆኗል

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with local, national, and Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OHS, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations for accidents, injuries, near-misses, and property damage.

Safety System Design & Equipment Review: Evaluate machinery, tools, plant layouts, and engineering controls (e.g., machine guarding, ventilation, emergency stop systems) to ensure inherent safety design.

Safety Training & Culture: Plan and deliver safety orientation, specialized hazard training and foster a zero-incident safety culture.

Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a Safety Engineer, EHS Specialist, or HSE Officer in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical environment.

Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA standards, NFPA guidelines, EPA codes) and ergonomic, chemical, electrical, and mechanical hazard controls.
