Job Summary
FAMA Import, Export & Services is seeking a creative and motivated Architect specializing in Landscape Lighting to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and expertise in designing innovative landscape lighting solutions for outdoor spaces, public areas, and urban environments.
The candidate should be capable of developing multiple creative design concepts, preparing detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original and innovative landscape lighting design concepts for outdoor spaces and public areas.
Prepare detailed lighting layouts, architectural drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Integrate lighting design with architectural, landscape, and urban design concepts.
Select appropriate lighting fixtures, materials, and technologies for outdoor applications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, landscape designers, and project teams to ensure design coordination.
Conduct site assessments and develop suitable lighting solutions based on site conditions.
Revise and improve designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and energy-efficiency requirements.
Prepare design presentations, technical drawings, and documentation for client review and approval.
Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
