Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, ensuring that construction and interior design projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, schedules, and budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction and interior design site activities.
Ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate workers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
Ensure the proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly site progress reports.
Identify site problems promptly and take appropriate corrective actions in coordination with management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Interior Design, or a related field.

- ጨረታው በወረዳችን ላይ በየትኛውም ፕሮጀክት ሥራዎች የጨረታ አሸናፊ በመሆን ውል ገብቶ ሥራውን በመጀመር መቶ በመቶ ያላጠናቀቀውን ማንኛውንም ግንባታ ድርጅት አይመለከትም፡፡

-ጨረታ በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚታሸግ ሲሆን በዕለቱ ከጠዋቱ በ4፡30 ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ ተወካዮቻቸው ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን ሰነድ የመክፈት ሂደትን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡

- የጨረታ መዝጊያና መክፈቻ ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይሆናል፡፡
