👨🏻 French President Emmanuel Macron will do an official address to the French population tomorrow, to present the new measures against COVID-19.

😷 Most of these measures have been leaked already, and thus France should face a new total lockdown for at least 1 month. This is not just a curfew, but a lockdown as the one of March 2020, probably less restrictive however.

📌 This decision is criticized as a lot of people oppose anti-COVID measures and as others claim these measures are a pretext to avoid a new wave of terror attacks following the recent events. There is no real consensus on Macron's policy to deal with the epidemic.

🇨🇵🇦🇲 MASSIVE PRO-ARMENIA DEMONSTRATION IN PARIS

🗣️ Thousands of Armenians and French citizens gathered together in Paris for a march in the capital.

👏🏻 The objective of the demonstration was to show support for Armenia in the conflict opposing this tiny nation to Azerbaijan.

📌 France has the second largest armenian diaspora in the world, with around 600.000 persons and has a very special relationship with Armenia as the Kingdom of Armenia was the first nation to convert to Christianity and France the second one, only a dozen of years latter. During Saint-Louis reign 800 years ago, France also took the oath to protect Armenia against islamic invasions.
