Statement Issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Allah Almighty says: {But Allah is stronger in might and more severe in punishment} – True is the word of Allah the Almighty.

Within the framework of striking the criminal Saudi enemy’s mobilizations and confronting its blatant aggression and ongoing unjust blockade against our dear people for twelve years, aimed at deterring them from their rightful demands and honorable stances in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people,
And with the continued attacks by the Saudi enemy’s mobilized forces against the people, villages, and communities of the western coast throughout the past years, and their escalation in recent months, and in response to the repeated calls from the people of those areas for our mujahid army to move to support them and lift the oppression from them;

The Yemeni Armed Forces—with the help of Allah Almighty and with significant participation from our people and their free tribes—on the third of this September, launched the wide-scale, qualitative military operation “Allah is Stronger in Might and More Severe in Punishment” from several directions, to expel the Saudi mobilizations from certain districts of the western coast where the most heinous crimes are being committed against citizens, and which seek to subject Yemeni territory to Saudi occupation and control.
The operation was crowned with success and divine guidance; despite the heavy air cover provided by the Saudi enemy in support of its mobilizations, it failed—by the grace of Allah—to affect the operation, which achieved the following results:
First: The expulsion of the Saudi enemy’s mobilizations from six districts in the governorates of Taiz and Hodeidah, with a total area of 5,400 square kilometers, which have, by Allah’s grace, become safe and stable.
Second: Striking seven military brigades of the Saudi enemy’s mobilizations, comprising 38 military brigades, and killing, capturing, and wounding hundreds of their members.
Third: The liberation of a number of our dear prisoners who had been held by the Saudi enemy’s mercenaries for years on the western coast.
Fourth: The Armed Forces—by Allah’s grace—were able to carry out 32 interception operations against Saudi warplanes, and shot down nine aircraft.

Salutations to our great mujahid army for its struggle and great sacrifices in the path of Allah in defense of our people and country, and all salutations to our dear, faithful, and struggling people and their free tribes for the support and backing they provide to the Armed Forces in the battle for liberation, independence, and the restoration of national sovereignty, and for their high level of awareness in confronting the false propaganda and media deception practiced by the enemy over the past days.
The Yemeni Armed Forces affirm that maritime navigation is safe for all companies except for Saudi ships, which have already been declared banned, and that they will continue to uphold the equation of blockade for blockade, striking the Saudi enemy’s mobilizations, and escalation for escalation, until the aggression stops and the blockade is lifted from our dear people.

Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best protector and the best helper.
Long live Yemen, free, proud, and independent.
Victory to Yemen and to all the free people of the nation.
