Lord Pearson has had an answer to two of his written questions about @TRobinsonNewEra's treatment in prison.

Lord Pearson asked how long a prisoner can be kept in solitary confinement. The answer is 42 DAYS by the authority of the prison governor (Nicola Marfleet) yet Tommy has now been segregated for 128 DAYS! 3 times the legal maximum. This extension has been authorised by the Prison Group Director Hannah Lane.
Any prisoner segregated for over 30 days must have an individual mental health care plan in place. So torture is fine as long as a "health care plan" is in place.
