I’m on trial Monday at Luton magistrates court, i face a prison sentence 4 weeks before Christmas for detaining a man who has been charged & faces trial for sexual assault against a minor. I have to be in court by 9am, I’ve got my t shirt ready. The man was charged by the CPS, I was charged by beds police as they dropped the case to the lowest assault so it didn’t go to the cps, it’s the only offence the police can issue a charge on, I once again have no jury & my fate will be decided by a judge. I will not apologise for defending a child against a monster. Ready for prison once again , the media will refuse to report the context of this case , they have only reported that I assaulted a “holiday maker”
