Lord Pearson of Rannoch has tabled Written Questions to the government in relation to @TRobinsonNewEra 's ongoing solitary confinement in @HMP_Woodhill and the abuse of Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000 against journalists.

FYI Tommy's name is not mentioned as this would give the government reason not to answer (they don't respond to individual cases)

Lord Pearson is the only member of the House of Lords who is concerned at how Tommy is being treated. THE ONLY PEER!!!

Lord Pearson wrote to @HMP_Woodhill 's governor Nichola Marfleet asking about @TRobinsonNewEra inhumane treatment. Lord Pearson has given her 6 days to reply. But she has ignored this request from a member of the House of Lords. A shocking rejection of accountabiity and our Parliamentary democracy. Lord Pearson raised his concerns about:

Tommy as a civil prisoner being held in a top security prison.

Tommy held in solitary confinement

Tommy being denied acces to food and weight loss

Tommy being denied calls to his family

Tommy's mental health

The governor is responsible for all of this. SHE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for this inhumane treatment of Tommy!
