The 20-year-old subterranean complex contains independent operations rooms, ammunition depots, missile storage, and drone launching bays, with dozens of hidden surface shafts branching toward surrounding towns.

➡️ The Israeli operation is led by the 36th Division, with the Egoz mountain warfare unit and Yahalom combat engineering unit tasked with detecting and clearing tunnel shafts. The IDF has established a tight siege using air strikes, artillery, and phosphorus munitions to isolate the complex.
