The Estonian Minister of Defense, Hanno Pevkur, stated that he is resigning due to a criminal investigation into the procurement of ammunition for Ukraine.
Estonia transferred โฌ70 million to the alleged Italian company Datasel S.R.L. However, it turned out that the money actually went to Indians who had never manufactured a single piece of ammunition before.
As a result, the Indians failed to figure out how to produce the ammunition and simply ignored the Estonian Minister of Defense, after having received the full advance payment.
The Minister of Defense himself stated that he is taking political responsibility for the situation and has left his post.

British intelligence and Ministry of Defence officials fear that a luxury hotel in Cyprus may be used as a spy hub targeting the nearby Royal Air Force base at Akrotiri, The Telegraph reports. According to the newspaper, intelligence and military sources believe that foreign spies may have used the City of Dreams resort to monitor activities at the base.
"For wealthy guests visiting its casinos and pools, the City of Dreams Mediterranean in Limassol is just a luxury hotel. However, British security officials fear that within the sprawling 15-acre complex, there may be guests with more serious intentions than just getting a tan and dining in its numerous fine-dining restaurants," the British newspaper notes.
"The hotel, owned by a Chinese company, is just a stone's throw from the walls of the British military complex in Cyprus โ allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of one of the United Kingdom's most important overseas bases," the report states.

- Pashinyan.
If Russia decides to withdraw the base, we will not object; if it decides to keep it, we are ready to discuss that as well.
Earlier, Putin stated that Russia is ready to leave Gyumri if Armenia deems the base unnecessary.
The Prime Minister also said that Armenia does not plan to abolish the visa-free regime with Russia.

New Shahed models with turbofan engines can reach a cruising speed of up to 600 km/h, approximately twice as fast as previous versions, and may be faster than cheap Ukrainian interceptor drones, making them more difficult to intercept.
