An operational group of the Italian Air Force, consisting of 4 *Eurofighter F-2000A* fighter jets, 1 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft E-550A, and 4 transport aircraft with refueling capabilities C-130J/KC-130J, was deployed to the air base to assist Saudi Arabia in providing air defense.
This is the second incident involving Italian aviation in the Middle East in the past six months. In March, it was reported that as a result of an Iranian attack on Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait, 2 Italian Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets were damaged, and 1 MQ-9 Reaper drone was destoryed.

• A Ukrainian P-19MA radar station was destroyed by a Geran-4 loitering munition equipped with an electro-optical (EO) seeker near Shyroke, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A “dome-shaped” EW station was also struck in the same area by a Geran-4.
• Near Dalnyk, Odesa Oblast, vehicles associated with a Ukrainian 79K6 Pelikan radar system were detected moving. Their movement was tracked, and the radar was struck by a Geran-4 loitering munition while being deployed.
The strikes were carried out during daylight hours on September 17.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a phone call ahead of the expected meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and President Trump, scheduled for September 24.
Wang Yi stated that China and the US should prepare for the "next stage of high-level interaction in the spirit of equality, respect, and reciprocity," while emphasizing the need for closer communication, cooperation, and the management of differences.

🇺🇦⚔️🇵🇱 Three Polish parliamentarians have been added to the "Mirotvorets" list.
They are Roman Fritze, a member of the "Confederation of the Polish Crown" party; Michał Moskal, a member of the opposition "Justice and Justice" party; and Janusz Kowalski, an independent member of parliament.
On the Ukrainian extremist website, they are labeled as provocateurs and accused, among other things, of "participating in acts of humanitarian malice against Ukraine."
The politicians had previously urged the Polish Prime Minister to organize a Polish "Independence March" in Lviv. In doing so, they proposed, among other things, to support the Polish people living there.
Previously, Dariusz Matecki, a member of the Polish Sejm, was also added to the "Mirotvorets" website for the same reason.
