The missile strikes targeted defense industry enterprises, transport and logistics centers, and warehouses. Reports indicate that North Korean KN-23 missiles were also used.
Many areas are engulfed in flames, and there are power outages. Strikes also targeted facilities in the Poltava, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Sumy regions.

In the first half of 2026, approximately 19,100 humanoid robots were delivered worldwide โ nearly four times more than in the same period last year. Deliveries for the entire current year are expected to reach around 60,000 units, and by 2030, they are projected to reach 500,000.
The largest manufacturer is Shanghai-based Agibot, which delivered approximately 8,400 robots in six months, capturing 44% of the global market. It surpassed Unitree Robotics from Hangzhou, which delivered 5,900 robots.
The volumes of both Chinese companies significantly exceed the deliveries of leading American manufacturers โ Tesla, Figure AI, and Agility Robotics.
Furthermore, the purpose of the robots is also changing. While about half of the deliveries last year were for industrial and commercial use, that figure is now over 70%. Although the number of humanoid robots actually performing economically useful work remains relatively small, government support and funding in China are accelerating their adoption.
Bloomberg notes that China's advantage is particularly noticeable against the backdrop of rapid industry development. At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, dozens of Chinese manufacturers presented new models with improved speed, agility, and functionality.
However, geopolitical risks could slow down further market development. At the end of July, the United States banned the import of new Chinese humanoid and four-legged robots, as well as some components, citing risks to national and cybersecurity.
Nevertheless, Chinese robotics companies are currently attracting record investments and have no intention of slowing down.

๐บ๐ฆ๐ท๐บ A pause in shelling is unlikely: Russia is fulfilling its missile production plan
โ Deputy Head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Skibitsky.
For major missile types, Russia is currently fulfilling its production plan at 110-120% per month.
The annual plan for Zircons and modernized Onyx missiles was completed in seven months.
In August, Moscow plans to produce 11,000 strike drones of various types. Russia is currently retooling its production, with a focus on turbojet Geran-4 and Geran-5 drones.
The increase in ballistic missile production happened in part because since April they suspended production of Kinzhals and Kh-32 missiles. Funds and components for them were reallocated to other missile types.
Russia is creating a Starlink analog โ Rassvet โ and is deploying it significantly faster than their plans had assumed. For now they are operating fragmentarily, when the satellite passes over Ukrainian territory.
Russia is concentrating its attacks on Ukraine's defense-industrial complex, logistics, and energy facilities that logistics and port infrastructure depend on. Additionally, it is trying to strike civilian infrastructure to sow panic and destabilize the situation in the country.
In July, Russia launched 153 cruise missiles and 198 ballistic and hypersonic missiles. In the future, the Russian Armed Forces may reduce the number of missiles targeting a single objective, but a pause in shelling is unlikely โ this will depend on production capabilities.
