🇫🇷⚡️ — The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the French Ambassador to the Central African Republic, Bruno Foucher.

The ambassador is accused of bringing approximately thirty young women to his private apartments in the residence between January 2024 and March 2026.

According to the newspaper Le Canard enchaîné, which had access to the inspection report, the lustful ambassador was visited by young women about fifteen times a month. He also allegedly ordered one of these young women to remain at the embassy even during his absence, which was already a serious breach of security protocols.

The ambassador, who was interrogated twice, admitted to having sexual relations, but only with two of the young women.

Disciplinary sanctions may range from a reprimand to dismissal from the civil service and, in his case, forced retirement.
