🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡️ — Saturday night, Ukraine launched a drone attack on the Kirichi oil refinery, located in northwestern Russia.

Footage shows significant flames rising above the production units of the refinery, which is capable of processing approximately 400,000 barrels of oil per day.

According to experts, this attack could disrupt Russia's supply chain of gasoline and diesel for several weeks.

Leningrad Regional Governor Alexander Drozdenko stated that air defenses intercepted 42 drones but confirmed that a fire broke out in the Kirishi industrial zone, prompting an emergency response. The KINEF facility, fully integrated into the Surgutneftegas company structure, is one of Russia’s largest refineries and the only one located in the country’s northwest.

⚡️🇱🇧🇱🇧🇮🇱🇺🇸 — The Ali al-Taher Ridge in southern Lebanon has become the most significant military flashpoint in the Israel-Hezbollah conflict, with the battle unfolding both on the surface and inside a heavily fortified underground complex, according to a strategic analysis by MaxOsintIntel.

➡️ The ridge is part of a three-kilometer-long, 1.5-kilometer-wide line comprising three interconnected hills — Ali al-Taher, Dabsha, and Tuhra — rising 600 to 700 meters above sea level between Kfar Tebnit and Nabatieh al-Fawqa. Its position provides direct observation of Nabatieh to the west, the Iqlim al-Tuffah and Rihan heights to the north, the Litani River valley to the south, and military axes feeding into the Western Bekaa to the east. It sits approximately five kilometers from Beaufort Castle.

➡️ Israeli intelligence identifies the tunnel network beneath the ridge as the main command center for Hezbollah's Badr Regional Division — responsible for territory from north of the Litani River to Sidon — and a critical command post for the elite Radwan Forces. The 20-year-old subterranean complex contains independent operations rooms, ammunition depots, missile storage, and drone launching bays, with dozens of hidden surface shafts branching toward surrounding towns.

➡️ The Israeli operation is led by the 36th Division, with the Egoz mountain warfare unit and Yahalom combat engineering unit tasked with detecting and clearing tunnel shafts. The IDF has established a tight siege using air strikes, artillery, and phosphorus munitions to isolate the complex. Hezbollah fighters inside are using explosive-laden drones and anti-tank guided missiles against Israeli armor while attempting to smuggle reinforcements and supplies through newly dug shafts and drone drops from the Nabatieh plateau.

➡️ Washington has proposed designating Ali al-Taher as a "pilot zone," under which Israel would withdraw and the Lebanese Armed Forces would deploy to the heights. The Lebanese Army has indicated willingness to take over the hill but demands U.S. guarantees that Israeli artillery and air operations will halt before its troops move in. Hezbollah has formally rejected any surrender or handover of the ridge, viewing the loss of the Badr nerve center as catastrophic for its tactical depth. Analysts note that a permanent Israeli presence on the height would amount to de facto long-term occupation of Lebanon's interior highlands.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡️ — Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense has openly announced preparations for an autumn-winter series of strikes against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

In accordance with the instructions received, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have begun preparations for launching massive strikes against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in response to the ongoing attacks by the Kyiv regime against Russia’s civilian infrastructure and fuel and energy complex.

Whether these strikes will finally put an end to this drawn-out saga remains unknown, as all measures taken so far have been only half-measures, aimed at “putting pressure” on the Ukrainian leadership rather than actually destroying the country’s energy system.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡️ — Western officials believe that Russia has captured Ukrainian drones and could potentially use them for provocations against NATO countries

- The Wall Street Journal.

Such an operation could create the impression that the attack was carried out by Ukraine, making it difficult to identify those responsible and causing political confusion within the alliance.

The warning comes amid what Western governments say is a growing wave of "grey zone" activity in Europe, including drone incursions, sabotage, and cyberattacks.

Earlier, Reuters reported that intelligence assessments by the Baltic states envision the possibility of an attack on infrastructure using Ukrainian drones.

However, no specific operation, target, or timeline has been publicly confirmed.
