There are approximately 111 million voters in Russia, and another 1.8 million are abroad.

There is one in each Baltic state, one in Azerbaijan, two in Armenia, 18 in Moldova (of which 17 in Transnistria), 50 in Abkhazia, 11 in South Ossetia, 8 in Kazakhstan, 4 in Kyrgyzstan, 3 in Tajikistan, 4 in Uzbekistan, 5 in Turkmenistan and 7 in Belarus.

The exceptions are Ukraine, as well as Georgia, with which there are currently no official diplomatic relations.

Voting at the polling stations will take place from September 18th to 20th.

🇺🇦🔥 In Ukraine, in the Mykolaiv district of Lvov Oblast, a terrorist attack occurred near the building of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC).

It is known that someone threw an explosive device near the building.

A TCC serviceman was wounded and hospitalized. His condition is moderate.

According to Bloomberg, Saudi Arabia plans to restore within a few days roughly half of the capacity of the oil pipeline that was hit by the Houthis over the weekend and that connects the eastern and western regions of the country.

According to the agency, the plan involves bypassing the damaged section.

A full return to normal operation of the pipeline is expected in about six weeks.
