🇷🇺❌🇺🇦 — Crisis deepens in Ukraine as the ATB retail chain faces shortages of food and personal hygiene products after Russian strikes, Telegraf reports.

Stores are reportedly short on cereals, including buckwheat, while supplies of shampoo, deodorant and baby diapers have also fallen. Toilet paper is still being delivered, but in smaller volumes.

The shortages come amid continued Russian strikes on Ukrainian warehouses and distribution centers.

🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️ — NEW: The U.S. may have used around half of its Tomahawk stockpile and up to two-thirds of its Patriot interceptors during the war with Iran, WSJ reports.

This allows the drone to stay on its assigned route even if satellite navigation is jammed and the link with the operator is lost.

Ukraine’s largest metallurgical plants were halted in September. Metinvest said restarting just one Zaporizhstal blast furnace would cost at least $50 million, while the furnace itself is worth around $500 million.

Metinvest official Oleksandr Vodoviz said Russian strikes, port blockades, EU carbon rules and reduced quotas are crushing the sector, while state support programs are too small.

“There is no plan from the state that we would like to hear. What next? Business is living in month-to-month planning mode,” Vodoviz said.
