More than 100 Jews were killed.

The Prime Minister emphasized the supreme importance of the Dutch government ensuring the safety of all Israelis in the Netherlands, including those injured and affected by the events.

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that he views the planned anti-Semitic attack against Israeli citizens as serious, and asked for increased security for the Jewish community in the Netherlands.

Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked the Prime Minister of the Netherlands for expressing his shock at the night's events and for his statement that this was an extraordinary event of an anti-Semitic nature.

According to the instructions of the Prime Minister, at these moments planes are making their way from Israel to repatriate the citizens, including the wounded.

From the moment the disturbances broke out, the Prime Minister was in direct contact with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and his military secretary and received regular updates on the situation, as well as followed up on the fulfilment of his instructions.
