This agreement is a historic event and an important political and security achievement for Israel.

Israel has not withdrawn from Lebanon and maintains the security zone including Buq'ata.

Israel will not redeploy in Lebanon or withdraw as long as Hezbollah does not lay down its arms throughout Lebanon and the security of northern residents is not guaranteed.
