Not just the right: Opposition lawmaker backs Gaza resettlement
Member of Knesset Debbie Biton of the centrist party Yesh Atid told JNS that she would support Jewish resettlement of the Gaza Strip, in particular the rebuilding of the Katif Bloc of Jewish communities in southern Gaza.
โIf those parts of Gaza can be ours, let them be ours. They used to operate as a bloc and thatโs okay with me. But if we sign agreements, we need to respect them,โ she said.
