The latest disputes on the way to a settlement in Lebanon:

Israel insists that France will not be part of the agreement and not part of the international committee that will oversee its enforcement, following the Macron administration's harsh anti-Israel positions.

Israel also demands wording that would allow it independently not to open negotiations on the disputed border points.

Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Hossein Salami: Israel is an isolated country, its leaders cannot visit anywhere in the world. The Hague Tribunal's arrest warrant is a victory for the Palestinian people and the Lebanese people. No one will visit there anymore except the Americans, the British and the French.😂

* Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that he has decided to stop the use of administrative arrest warrants against Jewish settlers in Judea and Samaria: "In a reality where the Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria is subject to serious Palestinian terrorist threats and unjustified international sanctions are taken against settlers - it is not appropriate for the State of Israel to exercise A serious measure of this kind against the people of the settlement"*

In a meeting held this week by Defense Minister Katz with Shin Bet Chief Ronan Bar, the Defense Minister informed him of his decision to stop the use of administrative arrest warrants against Jewish settlers in Judea and Samaria, and asked him to put alternative tools in place.

* Defense Minister Israel Katz:*

"In a reality in which the Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria is subject to serious Palestinian terrorist threats, with the support and backing of the Iranian axis of evil working to establish an eastern terrorist front against the State of Israel, and unjustified international sanctions are taken against settlers and organizations in the settlement - it is not appropriate for the State of Israel to take such a severe measure against settlers .

If there is suspicion of committing criminal acts, the perpetrators can be prosecuted, and if not, there are other preventive measures that can be taken other than administrative arrest. I condemn any phenomenon of violence against Palestinians and taking the law into their own hands and also appeal to the settlement leadership to take a similar public position and express an unequivocal position on the issue.

The IDF and the rest of the security and law enforcement agencies should be allowed to deal with terrorism and Palestinian violence and not take the law into their own hands."
