If there were no antisemitism or malicious intent, why didn't the Arab League establish a Palestinian state when they controlled Gaza, which was under Egyptian authority, and Judea and Samaria, which were controlled by Jordan, before the 1967 war? They had nearly 20 years to create a Palestinian state, yet they did not.
